Great Solution, Very Easy to Navigate!
What do you like best about the product?
InsideView is a great tool for researching prospects. InsideView helps me gain insights about prospects to I can engage with content that is more likely to resonate with each persona. I highly recommend InsideView.

Not much to dislike, overall it's easy to use and provides great insights. Maybe if it provided more information about tech. or marketing budgets, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Doing research about my top prospects. I have been able to connect with decision makers and create awareness about our offerings.

Pushing the bounds of marketing automation
What do you like best about the product?
As a marketing manager without SFDC admin access, I use the Orchestrate product to set up and automate bulk updates to fields based on selected data. It has been a game changer for our workflow as a marketing team, as well as hitting company goals. We are able to automate data coordination to determine and identify Accounts which fit within our Ideal Customer Profile. This is normally a very intensive manual process, which is now periodically automated.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are pushing the bounds of this products capability. In addition to periodically updating data in SFDC, we also use Orchestrate to add Leads/Contacts to marketing campaigns and/or bulk email sends from sales reps. While this helps our effort to segment lists, it is also very intensive and easy to miss critical criteria we didn't know we'd need to concern ourselves with. For instance, Leads and Contacts need to be handled separately, which doubles the amount of steps needed to automate a lists going to the right marketing program. Another pain point is that it's hard to trust Engagio's number of people on lists due in part to duplicate records (in Engagio). These basic numbers are the gut check to the rest of our process. If the numbers are off by 100s (or even 20-50) Houston, we have a problem. We end up using Automations to send the majority of lists to the right place, then cleaning up the rest as it settles out in the wash. Sync time is another huge pain point for us; we don't have visibility on when records are fully synced, or when they will sync next.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Identifying and automating Accounts who fit our ICP is the biggest benefit so far. As a company, we are able to talk about these Accounts in a different way, and apply purpose in targeting the ones we choose to target.

What do you like best about the product?
One of my favorite parts of InsideView is utilizing the family tree option. I love being able to discover other entities/subsidiaries of a company before I meet with them. This has helped me uncover greater opportunities and find more connections to get my foot in the door with my targeted prospects.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few companies that I have searching in the discovery center that are missing but overall the program is great and all established companies are able to be found. I have also found that some of the decision makers are definitely dated. Recently, I was calling on a prospect and the decision maker I was calling had been retired 5 years but was still listed in InsideView.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Just to name a few: finding out a company's headquarters, quick & easy way to find revenue, getting a list of decision makers that may not all be publicly listed elsewhere, running lists to target industries I have had success with during these times, etc. A great example of this- I discovered an industry that has had a huge need for the service I sell since the start of COVID, and with the help of InsideView, I was able to uncover a ton of other companies I had never even heard of in my territory/region. This helped me find a ton of new prospects and my amount of closed accounts increased thanks to the list builder.

Great tool that has help uncover countless opportunities! Integrates perfectly with our CRM and has helped my teammates and myself uncover a huge amount of opportunities we wouldn't of know about without the program. A great example of this- I discovered an industry that has had a huge need for the service I sell since the start of COVID, and with the help of InsideView, I was able to uncover a ton of other companies I had never even heard of in my territory/region. This helped me find a ton of new prospects and my amount of closed accounts increased thanks to the list builder.

A useful tool for finding information on everyone that matters.
What do you like best about the product?
The fact that you can find information on the relevant people in industry. I havent found any website else that has the a greater directory of people its actually very nice to be able to find everyone in a single website. You can even run profiles on complete companies and smaller or smallish companies that dont have an online directory or presence but can be great customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometime the information is incomplete or not up to date but linkedin links are offered to do more research. The search function needs more filters for accuracy, certain small companies can be hard to find but once you find them there is no other place where you could find the information you need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am finding contact information for updating business contacts. I am also using it for prospecting as you can identify key players and decision makers . I also use it to find phone number information to contact people that used to be business contacts but not any more.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Few tools like this out there. The search feature is not 100% comprehensive but pretty accurate in the search bar. What you need to do to find the person you need to find is to find the company first and then search within the company, always be wary for alias of the person you are looking for, a guy that calls himself "chuck" might be known as Charles formally.

Qualifying leads and potential customers. More comprehensive than most resources allowing better discrimination.

InsideView helps us gain valuable insights into the businesses we work with daily. On a personal level, it helps me to improve data quality and connect with current employees for the businesses I support.
What do you dislike about the product?
I work in the small business space and in many cases there is limited data available. The tool is likely more applicable to upmarket businesses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data quality is the number one problem I'm solving for. Within our book of business, there's always a need to update our data so that we can make meaningful connections with the right individuals and make sure we're not stepping on each other's toes.
InsideView is my Go-to tool for Sales Intelligence
What do you like best about the product?
Account verification, including revenue, employee count, address, contact numbers. Easy target list creation
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the contacts are not as up-to-date as LinkedIn, but it's getting better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
IV helps me reduce duplicate account creation. Our BizDev team can move much more quickly.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use it! It's 99% on the money with Accounts, but only 70% with contacts...check contacts against LinkedIn to determine currency.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that it pulls information from all over the world not just in my area. Some accounts are based originally in other parts of the US so it’s extremely convenient that it pulls information from everywhere. I also love that there’s information about companies (I.e the main contacts name and title)
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I’m given the option to create a new account based off of failed search results and sometimes I’m not.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I’m able to make prospecting from my seat at work a possibility!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take advantage of the Watchlist s well as other features like the ability to add a lead or account to your profile with just the click of a button.

Easy to use and labeled, you don't get lost with the information provided by the tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I feel titles are not updated quickly enough but I am not sure how the data is supplied to keep an accurate database.

I am in charge of updating contacts for my company.

Use combined keywords when searching for a specific user: title, name of the company, first name, etc.
