Measure Intent, Target your Marketing

What do you like best about the product?
The SLACK plug in is amazing!I really like that I can get real time alerts as to which prospects are on our website with the Slack plug in. I love to follow up quickly with targets on what they have just researched.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like if all of the features were on the main platform. I like the weekly summary digest because that's where I can check geography of interested prospects, but I only get that once a week. I would the Slack alerts to be more comprehensive and include click locations, too. Include geography as part of the first review/email that we receive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems solved: ROI for email and phone campaigns? Are my actions actually driving people to our website? Yes. This has allowed me to shorten the "mean time to action", MTTA. Now, I can get to prospects more quickly because I know what they need information on/about.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the intent data that shows you what pages a company is visiting on your website for more targeted outreach.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was more insight into the keywords, and possibly even titles of people researching.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to be more effective in our outreach to prospects, and makes the cold call a little warmer by leveraging topics they were researching.

Awesome tool for information on Accounts

What do you like best about the product?
All the information is there in one place and nicely organized. Easy to find info like People and Technology that the company uses.
What do you dislike about the product?
Font is really small so hard to read but that's because it's inside of Salesforce Sales Cloud.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding decision makers in various parts of the company. Such as Head of Support. Finding the technology that a company uses. That information can be hard to find other wise.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Get it - it's awesome!!

What do you like best about the product?
I love the Build A List feature that is provided on the platform. It gives the ability to create and save lists based on the parameters a user sets.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the information, to a lesser extent, is outdated. This could also be because I live in a smaller city.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest benefit I have found in using InsideView is the ability to create parameters that are relevant to my industry. I have been able to create partnerships with companies as I was able to "weed" them out from a lot of other companies that would have taken me a while to look at and evaluate if I were to do it manually.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would highly recommend Sales people to use this platform as it gives the opportunity to get to the right target market in a much shorter time. With the ability to create the needed parameters - from # of employees in a particular organization to annual revenue - it provides the flexibility a sales person needs. It is also important to note that InsideView is a great supplement to what you may already be using, but it can also be used as a replacement to it. At the end of the day, it provides you with a lot of information, so it is the user's job to know how to filter the information so it pertains to how you need to be able to use it.

The search capabilities are quite robust.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a way to upload a list of companies and then build a list of contacts from that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use InsideView to search for key contacts at target accounts.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that it allows me to build specific lists based on my targets, company, or people.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is minimal however there are inaccuracies from time to time. Specifically with companies no longer in business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to build specific lists, this saves me lots of time.

What do you like best about the product?
The interface is easily navigated, searches are easily built and saved, and it integrates into SalesForce. Monthly export quotas roll over to the next month.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is currently not a "Lead" integration into SalesForce, which means that targets have to be created as "Contacts". Also, Boolean operators need to be better programmed. The company information sheet is a bit light. Lastly, the export feature lacks the ability to be filtered, which means that all results must be exported, which consumes limits.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding the right contacts at the right companies. Professionals in the security industry can be difficult to find, and other business intelligence platforms have very out of date contact information. Company overview and news stories also helps with context when cold calling.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
None at this time, aside from fixing the Boolean search capabilities, filter export capabilities and better company overview exports.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy access to numerous private companies' data. User-friendly search and useful close competitor info. Really like corporate officer information associated with companies.
What do you dislike about the product?
Understandable, but at times database does not have some desired companies. Somewhat generic industry overviews.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
InsideView has helped uncover Sales/Revenue data to know which companies fit a certain size profile. Information for corporate contacts within specific companies has been beneficial.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Pretty robust information using standard package. Can gain additional benefits by upgrading to Premier.
