Demandbase makes ABM much easier out-of-the-box.
What do you like best about the product?
With the platform we can do things like automatically kick off an MQL to an outreach sequence for the SDR team, identify anonymous and known accounts, engage with personalization campaigns, and automatically move accounts to the correct personalized ads based on their stage in the journey with us.
What do you dislike about the product?
Demandbase provides a lot of information out of the box and can be overwhelming for Marketing & Sales. It's important to have a good Sales Enablement plan to ensure adoption.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ABM has helped us make the buying experience better by looking at what the most common pages or content prospects view and bringing it to them via website personalization or nurture campaigns. We want them to be in control of the buying experience, removing barriers to the content that helps inform buyers. This is all possible with the platform.
Excellent Tool!
What do you like best about the product?
I like that the tool is related to Salesforce, very simple to export accounts, contact, he gave you all the information about the company you need.
It's helping a lot in terms of prospecting.

Some data are sometimes missing, like the website, the phone number.

Find a lot of company information
Demand Base makes it easy to see who's interested in your product

I like being able to filter through the Deman Base data to see specific accounts and account info!

Demand Base can be a little confusing and not very user-friendly.

We can see how our sales and marketing efforts are paying off and target specific contacts based on interaction with our emails or website!

What do you like best about the product?
I find it really useful to naviage through; super user friendly. The ability to save accounts and make my own lists is a key feature I like too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, I am unable to find accounts in the database that should be there or the info is inaccurate I would work on this as a organization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using it for prospecting and finding info on businesses, the benefits are getting all the info in one area

Great tool to learn more about the company and who works there as well as titles !

Sometimes the data is out of date and the person no longer works at this company

Simple way to learn more about a company before calling and making sure we have the right party contact !!

What do you like best about the product?
Insights into what the companies have a high interest in, where they're spending their time engaging in research, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish it drilled down more to the name and title of the engagement levels.

Where's there's engagement and interest from the companies and people most aligned to our business.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that there is a lot of good data on most of the companies I'm researching.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few companies I run into that don't have good data or any data at all yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Missing data in my pipelines.

If you are looking for quick quality data and company contacts this is a great tool.
Great Resource for Contacts
What do you like best about the product?
I like that the inside view provides all of the necessary info for each account.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that sometimes not all the accounts have the websites linked. But I work on adding them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have solved the issue of taking out old ones and replacing them with new points of contact. I have gotten much more success with the extra contacts on inside view.

What do you like best about the product?
Is an excellent source of information when you are trying to get to know your customer, it is very comprehensive, and it's up to date. I love the information about the Industry that includes the Challenges, Trends and Call Prep.

Sometimes the information about the industry is missing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Is great to get to know a customer and when you are preparing an account plan. It saves you time since you can find all the information you need in one place.
