A Fantastic Way to Gain Insight!

What do you like best about the product?
Demandbase is awesome for gaining insight your accounts! It's nice to be able to see what your potential prospects are digging into. They say a lot of the selection process is done before even speaking with a representative, so being able to see what they are interested in is definitely a leg up to say the least.
What do you dislike about the product?
Demandbase is overall is a great system for gaining insight, but sometimes isn't able to gather all the information needed. Insight still provided, but specifics not there at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to solve the issue of learning in real time what our prospects are interested in. This way, if we decide to reach out to them we are able to discuss what they may already be interested in instead of wasting time doing the discovery. It gives us more firepower in conversations and allows us to be much more precise. Less cold calling a little more warm calling.

It has a great UI and is very intuitive to use.

It is not always clear on the data sources
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using DemandBase to prioritize my prospecting efforts and do smart work around creating awareness of our services
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a very good solution for sales teams looking to start their focused account-based prospecting. It's an intuitive platform to use.

What do you like best about the product?
Good view of the prospects that are coming to the website and how they are spending their time on our platform
What do you dislike about the product?
I think sometimes it can be hard to track the actions of the individual actors of the large enterprise customers coming to the website. They might have 100000+ employees so I think Demandbase is great if you want to follow up with midmarket companies

What do you like best about the product?
Seeing prospects that are on your website.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not a very intuitive tool in my opinion. It is not the easiest tool to navigate. I found the previous version much cleaner. It's great you can see prospect engagement now but if that could have been done in the old version that would be great!

The engement minutes are a bit perplexing too. We are getting fed insights to certain prospects and it's not clear why we should be targeting them. .1 insights being fed is not helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using DB1 for our SDR team and showing them where they should be targetting their efforts.

The weekly reports that are sent to provide insight into accounts that have been actively looking into our solution

Occasionally receive some insights w/companies are looking to sell to us rather than companies that we have an opportunity to sell to
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a better understanding of the "low hanging fruit" that shows interest in our product. This allows sales teams to reach out to accounts that we may have overlooked and haven't focused on

Support page is very helpful, all of the common issues can be resolved just by searching it in the support page.
What do you dislike about the product?
Site personalization: can't resolve the flicker issue when replacing Images and text for websites hero.

What do you like best about the product?
Intent data can help prioritize accounts and prospects based on search histories or location.
What do you dislike about the product?
The actual Demandbase portal/website is very clunky and often incredibly laggy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping to understand which named accounts should take priority when adding in prospects. It also allows you to tailor your outreach based on the prospect's search history.

What do you like best about the product?
Understanding what is the impact of marketing and sales on the company's pipeline.
What do you dislike about the product?
It may be sometimes complicated to get the data synced in between Salesforce and Demandbase, it requires a lot of effort.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are now able to run AB Ads, see the attribution on the pipeline (work in progress), run automation and have a great analaytics insight.
