What do you like best about the product?
The range of features feels almost limitless, and I really value how promptly the support team addresses any issues. Their response time was excellent, allowing me to take thorough notes that will be helpful in future discussions. The campaign feature, in particular, is something I truly enjoy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish learning how to transfer data was a bit simpler, as it can be confusing at first. It would also be better if the same songs didn't repeat so frequently. Occasionally, the screen takes some time to load, which can be a little frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The platform enables our representatives to make the most of their time, providing valuable support in their daily tasks. Its compatibility with our other products ensures a smooth workflow, and it has proven to be a reliable partner for our team. Additionally, it makes speed dialing much simpler.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how intuitive and easy to navigate the platform is, which makes it accessible even for users who have no prior experience with sales automation tools. In my opinion, it's among the best tools available for display ads. I also value the targeted content it provides on our homepage, as this helps ensure that visitors don't leave right away simply because they aren't aware that we offer a solution for their needs.

I have no complaints; the customer support team has been outstanding. They are consistently responsive, helpful, and proactive in addressing any issues or questions that arise. Their ability to adapt to our specific needs has been invaluable, assisting us in enhancing our segmentation, reach, and conversions.

We rely on this platform mainly because it makes setting up custom email sequences straightforward, automates tracking, and keeps an eye on interactions, all without adding unnecessary complexity.

I value Demandbase One for its precise intent signals and ease in identifying high-priority accounts with buying interests. The orchestration and integration capabilities are exceptional, allowing us to seamlessly connect segments directly to Salesforce and other go-to-market tech stacks. This means that whenever there's an intent spike or an account qualifies, it syncs automatically with our campaigns, aiding the sales process effortlessly without manual intervention. Additionally, the platform centralizes intent, firmographics, and audience syncs, enabling us to run seamless account-based marketing campaigns across platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. Furthermore, the initial support and ongoing bi-weekly meetings with Demandbase's support team have been incredibly helpful in onboarding and maintaining our account, ensuring any issues are quickly diagnosed and resolved.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features of Demandbase One can feel complex for new users, which may create a steep learning curve initially. Specifically, the tool has lots of filters and attributes that can be overwhelming at first. While the tool offers limitless capabilities once mastered, the initial complexity might discourage new users or require significant time and effort to get accustomed to its full potential.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Demandbase One to centralize data across our GTM stacks, identify high intent accounts, and activate targeted campaigns efficiently, saving us from fragmented data issues and automating our sales process without manual effort.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to navigate dashboard the whole set-up makes it seamless for navigating to results quickly, like the in depth views that you can get for accounts and the way that you can drill down on information provided like new website visits and products of interest.
What do you dislike about the product?
currently no downside to using demandbase, can be slow to load on occasion
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Demandbase provides us with the customer journey from first contact through to purchase, we can clearly see what works when marketing products, what is successful and what is not. Returning visitors and newly engaged are visible and products that are of interest so we can alter marketing approach.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very customizable and it a powerful platform if you have the resources to invest in setup.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform has acquired a lot of smaller tools over the years which has led to some feature bloat. The success team is frequently chasing new feature engagement instead of optimizing current functionality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is giving us access to sales and marketing data that we otherwise would have no visibility to. The primary data sources being: intent, de-anonymized web traffic, and consolidated activity tracking. This is helping us to get better visibility into our buyer journey and increase the focus and targeting of our sales and marketing campaigns.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how easy this tool is to use, especially when it comes to sending and tracking bulk emails. Additionally, its email enrichment, validation, and preparation features mean we don't have to switch to other platforms to meet our needs.

We've had a wonderful experience, I have nothing negative to say. They have incredible customer service and a virtually nonexistent learning curve, making it easy to launch our campaigns in just one day.

The leads it provides seem to be outdated and do not perform as well as other platforms with the same search criteria/parameters

It was supposed to solve our data needs, and it was fine in the beginning, but something changed in the last few years that has made it almost unusable for us.
