What do you like best about the product?
It helps me see who is on our website which is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Most of the titles that are there are irrelevant to me which makes a lot of the data irrelivent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am just trying to generate leads so it is helping do that.
Not Your Mother's ABM Platform
What do you like best about the product?
The customization of our account targeting, customer journey, and account engagement is unmatched. Demandbase offers a platform that helps you customize your audience targeting with their wide set of parameters and intent data, not a static database with limited filter capabilities. The platform integrates (almost) seamlessly with our own site, CRM platform, and other social ad networks. Targeting in APAC and EMEA is much higher quality than we've seen historically.
What do you dislike about the product?
Editing a large number of campaigns to implement a new feature is a very manual process due to no "edit multiple" feature and the page load times. With new features being added frequently, there's a lot of time required to add these. Adjusting campaign budget's is confusing (but not completely impossible) due to their purchase order front requirement. The UI can be glitchy at times but is typically fixed with a refresh or cache clearing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Demandbase gives us an accurate picture of our target market, provides clear intent data when the target market is showing interest, and lets us get right in front of the right audience at the right time. On our previous platform we had to take a lot of guesses on who we were marketing to and if the right audience was getting our messages. We get a much clearer picture now of our marketing efforts and how they're contributing to the overall pipeline.
Making every cold call a warm call with Demandbase
What do you like best about the product?
Demand Base is the most Powerful Tool in my Companies Tech Stack and without it my job would be impossible. The best way I can describe what demand base does for me is it helps point out the needles in the haystack. No seller in history loves cold calling but with demandbase, all my cold calls got a lot warmer.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have nothing bad to say.... It all around a great tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Demandbase is helping identify the companies that are on on the 1 yard line but migh need some extra outbound outreach to get them to sit for a meeting.
An ABM Essential
What do you like best about the product?
Demandbase One is a stellar marketing and sales tool that provides value within a few weeks of implementation. My favorite thing about Demandbase is how easy it is to communicate the systems value to management and other vested parties.
What do you dislike about the product?
Demandbase One requires a deep tech stack to be successful and adaptive marketing/sales teams that are really only truly successful if they build their approach as a single funnel.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Demandbase One effectively gets your content in front of customers of interest and provides the intellegence necessary to win strategic accounts.
Wonderful tool
What do you like best about the product?
A wonderful tool to scope out your leads and their activity. I am able to track the sales process and potential new leads. I like that it also integrates into Salesforce. The ease of implentation is great. So easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike my dashboard and how to pull my accounts, but I believe it is our admin, not a Demandbase issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is giving me key contacts to reach out to and to see what emails and marketing is working.
Insightful and Structured, But Dashboard Needs Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I use Demandbase One daily to review intent data across our target accounts and find it incredibly valuable in identifying insights that help build and progress the sales pipeline. I greatly appreciate its ability to help us identify trends ahead of time, spot account behavior, and even identify competitors within the data mix. What I like most about Demandbase One is its ability to focus on account lists based on predefined criteria, which is incredibly helpful given the vast potential within Demandbase. This structure allows me to narrow the scope as needed, making the tool very powerful for targeted analysis. Additionally, the initial setup experience was positive, with lots of hands-on training provided for our marketing and operations teams. This support ensured a smooth transition and effective utilization of the software from the start.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the navigation limitations in Demandbase One. When I am deep into account details from the dashboard, I have to refresh the entire view if I've progressed too far, as there is no effective backup mechanism. Ideally, the 'back' function should return me to the most recent account list I selected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Demandbase One to review intent data, identify account trends, and gain competitor insights, effectively building and progressing our sales pipeline.
DemandBase Experince
What do you like best about the product?
Demandbase is one of my favorite tools to stay on top of top prospects in my territory that are engaging in my content. It holds me accountable to follow up with those top prospects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the information is not always accurate. I would give it around 75% accuracy rating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeps me up to date on prospects looking at my content and who is engaging in that content
Highly customizable to your business needs!
What do you like best about the product?
I initially found the Demandbase ABX platform to be clunky and a little frustrating to use. However, it soon became clear to me that the tool is highly customizable. Overall, the layout relatively intuitive, considering the robust features. Overtime I found Demandbase’s company and contact data to be much more accurate than ZoomInfo.
What do you dislike about the product?
I recommend that Demandbase change the name of their Engagement Minutes to something like “Engagement Score”. This would make it more clear that your set up isn’t actually related to the amount of time a prospect spends on your company’s website.

Demandbase provides us with intent insights related to our addressable market.

Sometimes company info is inaccurante and can cause you to not fins correct numbers.

The coolest new way to target
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to see how accounts move through the differnt stages and segment based on each stage is very helpful as I can prepare a holistic experience for the entire journey sycle using different messaging. The support that Demandbase provides is also so helpful for individual steakholders accross the orginization.
What do you dislike about the product?
The turnaround time for personalized assets is a bit long, but the results seem to be so worth it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Demandbase has allowed for me to be able to target on 1:1 basis and that has been hugely helpful.
