Get great, high-impact results with Demandbase
What do you like best about the product?
I like it because it gives me the opportunity to find audiences and tailor our messages to their needs in order to attract them to our products, get them to interact with us, and engage them with the company. It also allows us to track their interests and personalize our interactions.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have been using DemandBase for several months now and have had great success with the tool. I have nothing negative to say about how it works or about our adaption process, everything has been perfect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In our organization, we have made the most of the tool. It has allowed us to act proactively, and our marketing and sales team to more easily recognize potential clients.
Plan, execute, and measure account-based strategies with Demandbase One
What do you like best about the product?
I like that there is not much configuration required to link and integrate this platform with our software, allowing for quick implementation, setting it apart from other programs. I also love the ease of use of the model builder to predict potential patterns and score them based on the model objectives.
What do you dislike about the product?
Demandbase has an account-based experience (ABX) solution that connects everything that matters to success in the business world. I wouldn't change a thing about it, everything has worked perfectly and has adapted to our needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Thanks to the data generated by this platform, we have been able to see the user's intention when viewing our product and whether our page interests them. In addition, it helps us to see what would be most attractive for the client to interact with us, allowing us to make the necessary adjustments in time.
The best platform to launch into the market
What do you like best about the product?
I like dashboards because they provide the first and best insights into user interests. These insights help our sales team understand how their accounts are engaging, so they can plan and improve their outreach.
What do you dislike about the product?
Demandbase is perfectly suited to the needs of the company, allowing me to focus and develop specific messages and campaigns that target somewhat qualified accounts, saving me time and money when targeting a specific audience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Demandbase helps us solve the problem of knowing what our customers are interested in, who is interested in our products and who is not, which maximizes my productive time by pursuing accounts that have shown some level of interest in us.
A very powerful tool to explore quality databases
What do you like best about the product?
The deliverability rate is very useful, the contact form is very good. The app offers a super simple search, it is very easy for me to find the contacts I need. I like that it provides trusted domains to reach potential customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far so good with the overall experience, I haven't found anything I don't like about this app so far. Nothing so far has done what I needed. I don't have anything I don't like yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a very useful product to find potential details, helps in generating leads, provides genuine contacts that help in solving various problems and allows to effectively reach the right contacts for outreach.

Taking our ABM to the next level
What do you like best about the product?
Demandbase One is a unified platform for managing and orchestrating your ABM campaigns across digital channels and your CRM. This is the best feature or suite of features in DB One.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not see a lot of downsides of Demandbase One. One that I might note is the lack of a data cleaning UI. However the cleanliness of the data is based on us not Demandbase as it should be, so this is not really a downside. However, having a soltuion to rationalize our data across sources within DB One would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Demandbase One is solving our go to market need, spend optimization, targeting and sales and marketing alignment.
Great tool for marketers looking to run ABM programs for enterprise accounts
What do you like best about the product?
What I really like about Demandbase is its seamless integration with HubSpot. It's crucial for us because it allows bi-directional syncing, making it easy to identify strategic accounts, send sales alerts, and pass information like intent signals to HubSpot. This integration makes everything much simpler and more efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t have any major dislikes, but one feature upgrade that would be great is getting intent data at the contact level, not just the company level. That would take it to the next level!

It helps us gather intent data, de-anonymize web visitors, provides account scores, and targets them effectively. It solves the challenge of acquiring comprehensive sales and marketing intelligence

What do you like best about the product?
DB1 Ads target the right audience at the right time against your TALs as well as help your desired segments convert to engaged.
What do you dislike about the product?
DB1 Ads has a bit of a learning curve when you first use it.

What do you like best about the product?
Insights are custom to your needs and specific to your business because you are in control of the building process.
Display Advertising is so easy to use, targeting is as granular as you want it to be and altering account lists is easy and almost inmediate vs other advertising platforms like LinkedIn.
The Customized landing page capabilities are great and you don´t need an extra platform to do it, it´s included!
Customer support is amazing, our assigned Senior Technical Consultant has been crucial for the success of our ABM program in Demandbase

What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I can think of is that you can´t add more than one intent list (of your already existing) to a campaign .. if you want to cover intent topics that are in more than one of your lists you have to create a new one with all. But at the end of the day, you can work around it.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it allows us to use CRM data to build machine learning models. I also like that it offers really powerful intent tracking to prioritize accounts. Plus, it has allowed us to simplify our forms without leaving out information necessary for the sales team to qualify the lead.
What do you dislike about the product?
Demandbase is the best web targeting and optimization platform I have ever used, the experience has been incredible. I have not had any problems, adapting was a fairly simple process for all team members.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has allowed us to continually take an account-specific approach to sales and marketing and has given us the ability to create propensity models specific to our global regions. Thanks to this platform we have seen an increase in visits to the website after advertising in targeted accounts.
