Good for overall prospecting but the details need work
What do you like best about the product?
It's nice to have all of this information in one central location. Being able to look up someone's title, linkedin, phone, email, and other figures is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
The information is not as accurate as they presented. I've found that I need to verify every prospect that I add into our CRM because 40% of the time it's an inactive person who has changed companies. Also, it doesn't integrate LinkedIn into our CRM.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're making prospecting easier. The benefits are making that process faster but the problem is that it's not as accurate.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great tool but just be ready to have to verify every person that you're prospecting because it's not always accurate.
Great Product. A bit expensive for SMB companies
What do you like best about the product?
The reverse IP lookup provides company data that is useful for lead scoring. It uses a nestled query which helps improve the accuracy of the results. It also does the lookup before the form is submitted which saves on form processing or Marketing Automation delays.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish their pricing was more flexible for SMB companies (use based). It's hard to justify an ROI when costs are platform based and not use based. At our current lead volume, it would be cheaper to do a reverse IP lookup and then query a data provider like ZoomInfo or Data.com.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The major advantage is that we are able to shorten forms and increase conversions by doing form data appends. We also get validation on some of the fields we do ask for.
Quickly research and build prospect lists
What do you like best about the product?
When identifying new prospects in Salesforce you can quickly get information on that account, related accounts and employees. Data instantly syncs and updates Salesforce. Also like the ability to follow a company and automatically get news alerts for it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the Salesforce integration is dated. Would like to see this upgraded so you can sync with custom fields.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sometimes with a new lead you only have the name of the company and Insideview allows us to fill in the blanks. We can also research a prospect company and find appropriate contact within that company.
Using Demand base for pulling out Annual Revenue of Companies
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, accuracy of data and the data that is pulled helps us analyse the leads in a better way.
What do you dislike about the product?
None at this point. We are getting the right data related to annual revenue of companies which helps us track the leads better.

Helps us analzse and nurture quality leads.

we get more company data their revenue and some important professionals with their mail id

can be able to view lesser contacts from a company and unable to differentiate between the fresh and previous data

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and more accurate data than the competition.
What do you dislike about the product?
Could have more data on non IT titles. We focus more on business related folks.

A tremendous tool for prospecting
What do you like best about the product?
We do a great deal of prospecting and information gathering via email and social media. Not only can I find accurate data, I always end up gaining insight on the company's activities, which helps me tailor my message more appropriately.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I find the list building aspects of the site a bit clunky. Of course I wish there were contact data with each entry of course, but I know that's not always available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're building a major contact data base internationally. I especially appreciate the fact that the site is global. I am successful in finding contact data for companies in Europe, which is extremely challenging without Inside View.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Sometimes when the contact data of the person I'm seeking isn't available, I check others listed on a company's page to learn the email format, then using the target's name, format their email accordingly. This has been very successful for me.

What do you like best about the product?
Comprehensive, timely and relevant data. I can learn about the company, I can ID relevant contacts, and I can see news that highlights items of relevance to the company. It means my outreach starts with something relevant to my contacts.
And since info about my hot prospects is pushed to me, I can generally see it and use it before my competitors, sometimes even before my contacts are aware. Now that's a sales advantage.

What do you dislike about the product?
It's a bit clunky to use and it's a little challenging to coordinate with other CRM tools we use. But I'll live with technical challenges for the business advantage trade off all day long.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm looking for angles to connect with clients and prospects. As stated, I need to be relevant and timely to get connections and have credibility as a prospective advisor from day 1 of a sales effort, and maintain that credibility through the sales process.
Inside View helps me find those angle and maintain that credibility. Is it the only factor in my making sales to corporate clients? No. But it has definitely been a factor in many successes and the list keeps growing.

What do you like best about the product?
Data is very updated and correct.
Be it user uploaded or through some other agency, once it is on Inside View, you can trust it.

Duplication. I recently searched for a firm and around 10 results popped up.
This could be quite annoying sometimes as you have to go through all of them to find out which one is correct.
