Great product--Amazing data to help sales
What do you like best about the product?
I like the data you get, integrated into the Salesforce record. Having access to more detailed firmographic information, social updates, connected relationships and more means my team can reach out on a more personal level, across various channels, with deep insight into the needs and interests of the prospect. All that means the sales rep can be more effective, quicker.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd love to get deeper information on # of sales reps in an organization, top keyword trends on social posts, etc. But that's not an IV issue--that's an industry wide issue of depth of data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I run marketing, and I'm looking for ways to make our reps have more effective follow up with leads. I want them to be more informed on the company and the needs of the individual in order to provide more value in the first conversation.

What do you like best about the product?
In short, it gives me everything I need to get a quick background on the company that I am prospecting as well as specific people I need to connect with. In addition, it is relatively easy to use. Furthermore, I have it integrated with Microsoft CRM to assist me when I'm working with prospects and customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Like all data providers, you would love this product and every product to be 100% accurate. That is simply not the case. No dislike specifically for insideview, but just an overall comment on data applications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting a background on the prospects and customers I am working with as well as finding the right people to speak with.
A perfect digital marketing tool for B2B companies
What do you like best about the product?
The benefits of marketing was never seen in B2B scenario. But DemandBase is providing an accurate targeting and personalization for B2B companies. It provides the best analytics, facebook ad targeting & target account marketing in B2B segment.
The best part is its integration feasibility with other marketing and advertising technologies. It can be easily used along with google analytics, Sales Force tools or most of the marketing or accounts tools.

What do you dislike about the product?
It can be integrated with standard analytics tools. But when it comes to other digital analytics tools like KISSmetrics, Piwik, Pix Panel; the results are not synchronized. Also the live chat feature is not much attractive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being in a B2B start-up, identifying new clients via any platform is very critical. DemandBase has helped us in targeting number of customers and getting positive traction from them. It has helped us gain business.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is one of the best creative tool for digital marketing in B2B segment. Also it is a very cost-effective solution and you can achieve 10x times of the investment made in the tool.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to find company and contact information. Very intuitive solution. Allows you to follow companies and contacts to build your pipeline.
What do you dislike about the product?
Contact information is not always up to date and some companies are missing from the system but they do a good job of finding out the information if you bring it to their attention.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Building pipeline for the company while saving time building lists for campaigns.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do a trial and make sure integration to your CRM works before purchasing. Most companies get burned on that aspect.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the integration with Salesforce, its made all the insights that Engagio provides much more actionable for our marketing and sales teams. I also love how easy it's made it for me to look and see which of my programs are giving our team the most traction with target accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think they still have some work to do on how you can slice and dice the data to pull out engagement metrics on very specific marketing activities. However, they are always really responsive when I or someone else recommends something be added to the roadmap, which is great!

As we shifted from a traditional lead-gen shop to pure ABM, we were struggling to analyze how our target accounts were engaging. Engagio has given us a way to analyze and make changes to the way we're interacting with these key contacts.

What do you dislike about the product?
"Minutes" terminology for their scoring values seems to cause confusion with the teams at times. We have to go over the definition fairly often when discussing engagio.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've switched strategies to a focus on ABM and engagio is paramount to allowing us to make that change. Also really like the lead to account matching feature, which has allowed us to move from working primarily in contacts to leads, but still have account penetration and average touches at the account level visibility.
Excellent Analytics Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Personally, the best part about Engagio is the lead-to-account matching it provides. Engagio identifies which of the accounts in your Salesforce a lead would belong to if it were a contact, and then it lets you either auto-convert or write account-level data to the lead (like account owner or number of open opportunities). This opens up a wealth of possibilities in our MAP, as well as makes reporting a lot easier.
Something else that's been surprising to me was the rate of sales adoption. Our sales team loves the views Engagio provides into how their accounts are engaging with our marketing content, website, and so on. It's great when you get a tool like this and don't then need to sell it internally.

What do you dislike about the product?
Engagio is a very new platform, and there are some features I would really like to have, which as I understand are coming. For my company, it's totally usable as-is, but it's important to understand that the following don't exist in the tool right now:
• Single Sign-on support
• More advanced permissions than just admin/user
• Ability to rename account lists
• Ability to save report filters
• Ability to change which account a lead matched to, if you identify that the automatic matching failed

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My company sells very large software solutions, with a months-long sales cycle and often over a dozen decision makers in each account. The out-of-the-box reporting that we got from Salesforce and Marketo made talking to sales about these accounts difficult. We were looking at individual people and they were looking at a large organization. Engagio helps us speak the same language, and more importantly, it's helped Marketing align our goals to the things sales cares about.

Insideview will provide you a great platform to access latest market insights & It's user interface is quite attractive it is easy to use doesnot matter whether you are operating this tool for the firstime

High level contacts doesnot have right direct line number to reach them all contacts numbers are the same.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am responsible to create crisp marketing analysis related documents and this tool helps me alot in preparing the same.
Engagio has been great so far!

This is our favorite ABM tool and we were able to get buy in from both marketing and sales.

I wish it integrated with other solutions or better integrated with Salesforce, but I believe that's coming soon.
