Essential for your Account-Based and Enterprise Marketing Efforts

What do you like best about the product?
Analytics breakdown on the account level to show campaign performances and responses. Scout is a new feature that's continuously being developed and it's shaping up to be an incredibly useful tool for all levels of an organization. Account/Business Development and sales reps use it for a quick snapshot of an account activity history, communications and engaged contacts. Management uses the analytics platform to see an overall campaign response and general engagement.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't know if I dislike anything about the platform. Maybe what I dislike is that some of the features on the roadmap are still months away.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Engagio Analytics platform (most of my experience with the product) solves the visibility issue when trying to report on engagement activities towards one targeted account, or a list of them. When you realize that your B2B marketing strategy needs a better segmentation, you end up tiering your targeted lists according to importance, responsiveness, value, or a combination of these (+many other). Your approach will be segmented as well and your efforts are now trackable and making sense through Engagio.

The PlayMaker is a newer product of Engagio that provides a 360-view on your targeted accounts. The communication that happened, the content consumption, the engaged contacts, the opportunities created, ... etc are all visible in an easy-to-understand way. The company-to-targeted-account involvement is a brilliant idea too. Having the ability to involve multiple stakeholders on your side with multiple personas on the targeted accounts' side has never been easier, more accessible, and scaleable.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Go for it! Spend time mapping your CRM and Marketing Automation and prepare for the Engagement Settings thoughtfully. Remember that an activity is different from an engagement.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use UI. The prominent search bar for easy access to search clients. The information was easy to decipher and pull from. Most of the time the customer info was up to date. It's free
What do you dislike about the product?
Missing a lot of small companies, focus of data is mainly enterprises. The search functionality can be better (ie mispells, spacing, etc.)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
While prospecting can be tedious, InsideView gives you access to all the top enterprises' info - phone number, email address, and sometimes the their titles. This has been a delight when attempting to connect to the right person.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
There are a lot of prospecting tools out there, I would suggest signing up for their trial version and testing the product for a week then make your final decision.

The forms product is great for populating complete records that otherwise would not be so complete without the product

The product is relatively expensive, but it's arguable that the value validates the expense.

What do you like best about the product?
So far, Playmaker has proved very useful in that it alerts me when the next step is needed, and it allows me to do two things: (1) standardize a process used for all of my key prospects, regardless of account, and (2) customize certain messages within the standardized process. While many tools allow you to "mass blast" emails to your contact list, you quickly lose the personalization feel. Playmaker allows me to dig a little deeper, personalize, and do it quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a couple key features I am patiently awaiting:
1. The ability to see whether or not my email was read while viewing the account in Salesforce.
2. When i update the template during a play, I have to go through each play and update accordingly. it would be great to have an option where you can update one template, and apply to all.
3. The UI/UX is hard to get use to w/out spending time playing around with the application. It was a little overwhelming at first, but after some time with the application, I feel like I have got the basics under control. I'm afraid that I'm only using the application to 10% it's capability, and I partially feel that this may be due to the applications complexity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. Understanding what key accounts have engaged with my company, and specifically, who at those companies.
2. Quick, personalized connections with the key leads and contacts.
3. Routine follow up to the decision makers and key influencers.

Amazing experience!

What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that the platform is very account based. I am able to strongly connect with my prospects in a way that is not generic. It also allows me to know when i need to call someone or send them a followup email.
What do you dislike about the product?
There a re a few bugs that need to be fixed but that comes with any type of new software. I'm sure that the team at Engagio is currently working at making the platform 100 percent good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm solving the problem of coming off too generic. I'm able to share things on a personal/account level rather than a generalized email that can be sent to a million people. With the personal touch it evokes more responses.

Fantastic Product!

What do you like best about the product?
Engagio gives us the ability to see who is interacting with our content, and how to follow-up appropriately in a team. Given that complex sales are a team effort on the selling side, and a team decision on the buying side, it is critical to specifically k now WHO cares about WHAT. Engagio helps us see interaction across the organization so that we can reach out appropriately.
What do you dislike about the product?
Being nit picky: I would like to see saved filters for the views, but aside from that nothing at all!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Similar to what's mentioned above, we're trying to remove friction from the complex sales process. At times it can be difficult to speed up months-long sales cycles, as well as know which accounts should take priority. Engagio helps us see which accounts need more love, and which specific people in those accounts to reach out to.

We can now see the arc of the sales process in a holistic manner, which helps us measure how mature a prospect's interest is and how to best help them along their journey.

What do you like best about the product?
The best feature is the ability to quickly research a company and their details (i.e. company size & revenue)
What do you dislike about the product?
At times I find that data regarding employee size can be a bit off.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work in a specific territory so I need to be able to make sure they are in my region and are a match for a revenue amount.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is a great tool for researching company HQ, company size and overall revenue and descrition

What do you like best about the product?
Team based approach in Playmaker, picking out players internally and with the account to tag team and bring creativity to the process. ABM Analytics reports are tremendous.
What do you dislike about the product?
For Playmaker there's still bugs of course and a lot of functionality that we want is on the roadmap, but I know we're an early customer so I'm not too worried.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Marketing and Sales teams are now more aligned. The platform allows us to be more strategic for all accounts across sales, sales development and marketing. Unique insights and reporting based on data that we already had and tracked, but weren't able to present in the right ways.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the snapshot reporting and the intuitive visualization of interactions that a customer or prospective customer is making with our marketing materials. This allows my team to proactively coordinate efforts to qualify the opportunity and ultimately begin the conversation around adding value and closing business.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice to be able to click on the top interacting prospect names on the engagement trend dashboard in SalesForce.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Engagio has helped our organization be more targeted with our sales efforts with prospective customers, especially large enterprise companies. With the amount of information our prospects are receiving daily, it helps us to get a picture of what type of content each prospect likes to consume and helps us to uniquely tailor our message to each client

Fantastic application with great content to supplement sales development and account based marketing initiatives.
