Incredibly easy to use and the results are accurate

What do you like best about the product?
The integrations are very interesting once you need them, it's an intuitive and highly efficient solution. I like their built-in advanced search system, they have the ability to export leads directly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some contact information isn't valid. I'd love to see more precise location searches. It would be nice to see some customizable options, sometimes there are limited integrations with certain platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This product can gather information based on an address. I'm very impressed with this platform's ability to uncover contacts. It's saved me a lot of time searching for information, I now have a simple and intelligent workflow.

What do you like best about the product?
The range of features is impressive, it's been great for organizing my contacts. I like that it pulls up real-time data, the user interface is also attractive. The best part is the perfect combination of high-quality responses, and they have excellent customer service.
What do you dislike about the product?
The extensive information offered can be overwhelming at first, I'd love to get more data from our lists. Not all emails returned a profile.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to design highly targeted marketing campaigns, allowing us to reach our potential customers. This feature is incredibly useful for lead generation, it saves you a lot of time finding profiles.

There are a lot of features - it's easy to use, but sometimes feel I'm not leveraging it to it's fullest extent.

I love how much information you can get and the integration it has with other systems - the notifications with slack are amazing

Its hard to get to that information - although it tracks a lot its hard to see what is being track

What do you like best about the product?
I like its ability to scale sales automation, we can maintain all communications between multiple team members. I love the tool for its ability to include custom fields, there's an incredible variety of features to choose from.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's been a great experience so far, all the major systems are working as they should. I have nothing negative to say.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Simple and intuitive to implement, its intuitive dashboard made automating my routine tasks a breeze. Their customer service is exceptional, and they have excellent inbox management.

What do you like best about the product?
Seeing high intent accounts and being able to action these with dialled up marketing and sales efforts. It's made our ABM GTM approach more about precision rather than guesswork.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be overwhelming when you get started but learn on your onboarding and account manager to support. Third party experts have been incredible for us in getting the most out of the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Aligning sales and marketing by working together on a shared set of data.

What do you like best about the product?
Customisable reporting views, clear data on funnel reporting, clear actionable insights and alerts for sales teams to act on.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is sometimes an overwhelming amount of data to interpret and manage, but this is a good problem to have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Demandbase One gives us clear insights into our target account lists, prioritizing the accounts for the highest intent. It brings our sales and marketing functions closer together, which is vital to driving successful ABM programs.

What do you like best about the product?
The level of insights it gives us around intent and engagement is invaluable for giving us focus for our target accounts. It's easy to use, the interface is user friendly and the visualisations of results and journey stages is really clear. Being able to layer on lots of different touch points to give a wider picture is hugely valuable.

Customer support (from sales to customer success to technical) is always positive and friendly, and feels like an extension of our team.
What do you dislike about the product?
That there is so much insight, where do we start?!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to show ABM influenced pipeline, helping us move away from traditional marketing metrics - providing a rounded picture of what's happening with our accounts and where to focus. Also to launch targeted campaigns across the funnel, reaching new accounts.

What do you like best about the product?
The DemandBase team does what they preach. They listened to all of our requirements at all stages of the buying process and found a solution for everything.

The onboading process is amazing, with a highly skilled and dedicated team. Data quality is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have yet to find something that I dislike.

Figuring out which of our customer accounts are currently in-market or active in certain segments.
