Fast Access to Valuable Information
What do you like best about the product?
Open SFDC, choose your account, scroll down and BAM....so much information at your fingertips which is makes selling easier and faster. And if you load you Linkedin contacts in, it will even expand your network for you, easier to ask for referrals. Great tool

Haven't found a dislike yet. I've only been using it a couple of months

1. Finding switchboard numbers saves looking numbers

ease of use. simple to sign up companies to track. automated emails when something happens

InsideView delivers an exceptional data solution inside Infor CRM
What do you like best about the product?
InsideView saves time when researching companies and their connected people making sales research faster and more efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing too negative to report other than sometimes the company matching isn't right in the CRM connector and it's usually simple to correct. You can also submit a ticket if you can't match correctly yourself with a few clicks.

InsideView provides prospect lists and data intelligence that drastically improves our ability to find the most qualified targets for our services.

A great tool that must be compared to competitors before making a decision.
I used Inside View in checking for full time employee count and SIC for accounts

I love the interface it is so user friendly and the fact that you are asked to log in makes me feel secure

If ever I forgot my password that's a dilemma

Ensuring that source of truth provided by requester are valid

What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to use. The syncing feature really helps a lot. It is also nice that there is an easy way to inform InsideView that there is incorrect data.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be glitchy from time to time. I would more granular updates from the daily update categories.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pulling together a list in a category in my CRM that I can go through is helpful because I don't have to leave my CRM to do it and it then reduces data entry time.

I like the amount of information it contains and the different ways to find things I'm looking for

The location information are sometimes off

What do you like best about the product?
Having insight into the direction of my target customers helps me to craft benefits of our solution and services based on how the company operates without having to ask. You can be prepared and have a good understanding before even talking to the customer.
What do you dislike about the product?
On very rare occasions there may be a company that IV doesn't cover.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Inside View to get a better understanding of target company health and strategy. This helps me to create solutions that more closely match the customers direction.
Easy way to get quick insight
What do you like best about the product?
I've found that InsideView is much faster than Googling and hoping on Linkedin to understand what the company does, and their current news. Saves a ton of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be could if it provided tool stack that the companies used but that isn't a feature yet. Other than that everything is pretty faster and easier than the very manual process I was using before.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I haven't run into any issues. Its saves you time by giving instant insight. Instead of going to the company website, Linkedin company page and Google news I can just login and understand where they stand right now.
