Actionable Insights into ABM efforts
What do you like best about the product?
As a sales person, the daily email reports on engagement across my ABM accounts and contacts is incredibly valuable. It connects what Marketing is doing and focuses my outreach efforts on meaningful ways to engage and continue to drive leads through the funnel. I start everyday with my Engagio report.
What do you dislike about the product?
While it might be a matter of our configuration/setup, it would be great to be able to delineate customers vs. prospects. It can clutter my view and tends to create extra work for me when I have to research if this person is a current user or a potential customer. Again, this could just be our setup and making some minor changes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Increased Brand Awareness, Lead Generation, and Pipeline Creation. Better visibility and alignment across Marketing and Sales. Focused and meaningful outreach vs. blasting communications into the abyss. :)

Great support to Salespeople as well as Marketing.
The more you know, the less you guess.
What do you like best about the product?
I love knowing what and when my prospects looked at content. It immediately warms up whatever outreach you were planning to target them with. The more you know, the more personable you can be to their needs and interests. Seeing repeated activity to a specific topic allows you to narrow your focus to specific content and teams within an organization. It allows you to assume the work being done or interests had within your target account. I also like that Engagio sends me weekly snapshots of who is most active and the content they viewed. It ensures that you are reaching out to people as soon as possible after a compelling activity event.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the insights for my companies content were more specific. Sometimes it is difficult to determine exactly what they viewed/registered for or if they actually read it or attended. Most of this is based on my companies settings though. In combination with tools like Pardot, I can drill down to better understand the specific content. I wish there was a feature to show org charts and combine the activity intelligence to team members that work together. It would be amazing if you could understand that x number of people from a specific team are looking at the content of a similar subject.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving the problem of pursuing a prospect completely cold. We now have backend information to approach them with based on what they are actually doing, not what we think they might be doing. You can be specific and add a level of assumption to your approach.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend using Engagio in combination with other platforms like DiscoverOrg and LinkedIn. Knowing who works alongside your prospect may lead to additional insights that there is a legitimate project occurring at a team level and not just individual interests.
Seamless experience and usability!
What do you like best about the product?
InsideView consolidates a number of data and news sources into once single platform. It's the best of Google, ZoomInfo, Apple News, etc. all in one. Having InsideView cuts down on time sourcing information and provides easy to understand company information through the client x ray tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some data may be outdated, and new sources are not always relevant.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to access contact and company information cuts business development outreach time in half. This allows more time to track and follow up with potential leads.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you find yourself cold calling or searching multiple engines for information such as company chain of command, InsideView would be a great additional to your business. It is incredibly user friendly/intuitive and requires little to no training.

What do you like best about the product?
This tool helps in increasing the marketing process which help in marketing system.It also helps sales staff to increase business like helping in target buyers. Reporting is also easier in this tool which help in analyse customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not used other tools but i could say cost of the product is less as compare to other.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used this tool for finding relevant stockholders.It also help in B2B model to increase growth. Monitoring account engagement and segmenting account by their tiers.

I would highly recommend this tool. Great tool for B2B marketing engagement.
Platform designed to drive efficiency and grow your business
What do you like best about the product?
They ability to review and consolidate data on clients or contacts within Dynamics 365, without needing to source through various sites on the web.
What do you dislike about the product?
No downside per say, as all tools that help drive efficiency and sell more provide an ROI. Only issue may be cost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Biggest thing is driving efficiency, getting info in advance of meeting a client. Beyond this it has also helped us identify other relatable clients.
Matured Orchestrator platform for B2B services
What do you like best about the product?
Its a very nice tool for exploring and identifying the rational and profitable marketing investments which inline with the target customers and help us to crack the deal.
What do you dislike about the product?
No dislikes to mention. Satisfies the requirement aptly.

We get complete and precise information about every customer account and its owners as well as target customers. Very easy to use.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy and convenient to use as a platform. Easy integration with other services such as existing CRM. Quality services in the orchestration service domain. Focus on zero-waste marketing which improves and increases sales system.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as to dislike, overall a quality platform. Not consumed any alternative platform to compare.

Being one of the leading B2B platform with Cisco system like CWW, challenges regarding B2B marketing and also around orchestration platform which in turn is helpful for future B2B business.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Engagio provides great insight into who is reviewing your materials and which materials are receiving the most engagements.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of any knocks on the platform. It just works.

I have seen a direct correlation to outbound efforts and the time spent on our website. I love to see progress!

What do you like best about the product?
Engagio Provides lead-to-account matching which is the best part of the product. All the Salesforce Account is identifies by the Engagio and lead would belong to if it were a contact, and then its lets you either auto-convert or write account level data to the lead. This makes our reporting lot easier. Also, our sales team loves the views Engagio provides into how there account are engaging with our marketing content.It is a fairly new product, Engagio is still changing a lot and I have been really happy with the Engagio development team of the to quickly reviewing the feedback and make changes in the Product. There are many similar product in the market but Engagio is best and ease to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is multiple ways to create the same thing which create the confusion. Sometime it lag in runtimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To have a better conservation with our sales team we use Engagio to understand the impact our marketing has on our target account.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Well Suited for prospecting and to determine who are "Hot Lead" and why. It is great for determining the account cares and filtering by content viewed and come up with a POV accordingly. If you want get best experience please try this Product.
