I use INSIDEVIEW Every Day. Helps us get the information we need!
What do you like best about the product?
I can run a simple report and get information on companies/people when I need it. Very easy to find companies in specific categories.
What do you dislike about the product?
Data is not always accurate. It could be cleaned up more often.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping us identify key decision makers within customer accounts.
Recommendations to others considering the product:

Platform has a logical intuitive workflow and search screen

Lack of some geographic parameters and toggle buttons for line of business searches

Main problem is finding correct businesses in particular geographies and email addresses

The only area that I would like to see improve is more contact info provided in the free.

Finding correct contacts with correct roles and titles.

Very good. This Plugin works very well with SFDC.

The Family tree function offered in insidview. This plugin works very well with SFDC and saves me a lot of time.

I dint dislike much about insideview. Maybe if the info was updated regularly to reflect the present that would be good

There isnt mant issues with insideview. its quick for me to add accounts and contacts to SFDC.

Get insideview ASAP and integrate it with your CRM. this makes life a lot easier.

InsideView is a valuable tool for corporate research.
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the product's depth of knowledge that allows me to connect to a firm's corporate structure and learn a great deal of information about leaders in the company.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't really anything I would change about the interface; it's intuitive and easy to use. Of course, this kind of data can never be updated too often, so occasionally I will find something that is no longer accurate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
InsideView allows to uncover appropriate contact people in a company, and learn valuable information about them. It also helps me to understand a company's ownership structure and competitive landscape.
InsideView has streamlined my sales prospecting and has made me more efficient.
What do you like best about the product?
I absolutely love the Industry information and the Application Service Providers (ASP's). Specifically, the Trends and Call Prep make it easy to formulate subject lines and talking points during prospect outreach. It allows me to improve my targeted messaging and gives me enough knowledge on the company, industry and current market to engage with prospects.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's harder to find e-mails, phone numbers and contact information for SMB companies. If you're a Fortune 1000 or larger the information seems to be more accurate. Also, I find that it's a little clumsy at times trying to sort contacts by location. For example, if you know that a company's HQ is in New York but they have an office in a suburb of Chicago, it won't populate the appropriate city.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love being able to look at Industry Information and the Family Tree. Instead of having to research a company, find decision makers, locate my prospects, etc, the company information provided makes a one stop prep for me to maximize my outbound activity.
From a CRM standpoint, we using Microsoft Dynamics and being able to pull and add contact information has been much easier with InsideView. Being able to add a company or lead from the website has improved my efficiency and reduced the time it takes for me to generate prospects in CRM.

Utilize this as a source for not only contact information formulating messaging and educating yourself on industry and company knowledge as well. Also, to maximize this efficiency please tell your leadership to consider integrating it into your CRM or software platform!
I know that we switched because of the accuracy of the information as well. I will agree that phone numbers, e-mails and LinkedIn information has all been accurate when available.

Favorite Tool in the Box
What do you like best about the product?
Engagio gives you direct insights into the the exact behaviors your clients and prospects are making. It allows your messaging to be more relevant to the exact person you are reaching out/following up to.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the contact/company info is not correct but that could be because it is integrated with a wrong crm as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating relevant messaging is tough without specific insights. Engagio gives you those insights.

Helps Focus the Lens
What do you like best about the product?
The tool is incredibly easy to use and understand. It works seamlessly with our Salesforce platform. The data it provides is incredibly useful to focus on those accounts or contacts that are showing some level of interest. As an Enterprise AE this continues to be one of my biggest challenges - where do I focus my time - Engagio helps solve this question.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nitpicky, but it is slow to 'reload/refresh' in SFDC. You cannot always see the specific collateral prospect interacted with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The data it provides is incredibly useful to focus on those accounts or contacts that are showing some level of interest. As an Enterprise AE this continues to be one of my biggest challenges - where do I focus my time - Engagio helps solve this question. My interaction rate has increased with my targeted prospects.
Great ABM tool
What do you like best about the product?
Demandbase is a key piece in our martech stack. It allows us to target specific accounts based on internal lists and market research. Demandbase also provide us intent data of accounts that we do not know, this helps us to build new audiences of prospect accounts and to target them with specific and personalized messages.

What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the features are not self service and we depend on the Demandbase team to build things for us. But they improve all the time, releasing new features, including dynamic audiences that should be ready soon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding new prospect accounts based on intent data and target them with personalized messages.
