Constant tech problems and extremely poor user documentation
What do you like best about the product?
Very little -- the potential is excellent but the delivery is terrible
What do you dislike about the product?
I have spent months trying to get our platform working properly. Customer Success has no product knowledge (every email says "I will get tech to respond") and the tech team (that I know have direct lines of communication with always say: "yeah, that is on the roadmap" or "well i agree that it is not explained properly, I keep asking them to change it" ... or my favorite "that is on your end of SFDC"
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SFDC integration -- it was not designed for auto sync
Database cross reference -- you need to maintain and manually update all your Audiences
No ability to edit the Audit report
No ability to view if you keywords are in their database
No ability to validate your database against theirs -- you get the standard "oh, that must be a small company" ... yeah, only a few $billion!
Don't even get me started on the advertising -- our in house guy out performed them by 5x (quality conversions)

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I sell into Enterprise accounts, and rely on InsideView every day as a single source of truth to provide insight on the organization's structure, current tech stack, and keep all relevant news/info all in one place. I always check InsideView before my calls to get a good grasp on what's going on in my accounts to ensure I'm coming into each call with an informed perspective that allows me to help my customers. Could not do my job without it.
Solid Research Resource
What do you like best about the product?
InsideView has an easy interface that integrates seamlessly with our CRM. It provides up to date information on our contacts within our org so we don't have to worry about multiple tabs or systems. Easy to use, updated information, and great service.
What do you dislike about the product?
Org charts are really helpful when trying to find prospects and customers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have new prospects right in front of us within our CRM so we don't have to worry about downloading and re-entering information. Saving our BDRs and SDRs time and making it more efficient.

What do you like best about the product?
Straightforward, out of the box view on account momentum. Useful subscription and custom filters

Reporting capability can be clunky at times

Who within my account is engaging with Marketing content? Who is repeatedly doing so? Which accounts are warming up?
Works great with Microsoft Dynamics 365
What do you like best about the product?
Inside View works very well with Microsoft 365 Dynamics. This is a great lead generation tool and pairs well with our CRM. Inside View has done a lot of marker research and provides contacts from sales representatives all the way up to C-level executives as well as board members for many companies across the USA as well as internationally.
Another neat component to Inside view is that they have a news story section. This helps our team out a lot when we tag a company, the Inside View system will notify us when rencent news articles about that specified company are released. These articles help our team to understand up to date market information on the companies we are researching and gives us insight on how to reach out to that company or if they still qualify for our outreach efforts.

What do you dislike about the product?
We had a couple hick-ups at first gaining access to a trial run with Inside View, however the customer service team was very responsive and helped us through the process as well as answered all of our questions in a timely manner. Highly recommend!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are utilizing InsideView as a lead generation tool. This database has a lot of very valuable information and a huge benefit is how easily you can upload information into your CRM.

There are not many features I dislike about Inside view

Locating competing business, finding inside information to help me have a more customized and targeted approach to prospects
Very helpful for prospecting and SalesForce organization by company size
What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoyed the SalesForce widget that allowed you to see the size, revenue, and other valuable details about a business as you're working a specific lead. Insideview saved me a lot of time when it came to researching a company before reaching out, as an SDR.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a lot to dislike about the platform! Sometimes the information wasn't synced correctly but that may have been due to incomplete information in Salesforce.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving a problem of saving time while researching companies. A lot of time used to be spent scanning LinkedIn for this information and Insideview eliminated that portion of the job for us.
Inside View = Intelligent Conversations
What do you like best about the product?
Inside view gives me a clear understanding of my customers from tech stack to real-time breaking news updates. It gives me an upper-hand to reach out with compelling reasons and enables me to speak to the business more intelligent than other suitors calling.

Could have more specific contact data in small business

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about InsideView is the depth and quality of the information it provides. I have never gone to InsideView with a search and NOT found what I was looking for.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! It's easy to use and always provides what I am looking for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Often when I am contacted by someone via a web inquiry, I have no idea who they are or, more important, what their company does. InsideView is my "go to" research resource prior to engaging.
