Great data augmentation tool

What do you like best about the product?
InsideView is an easy to use tool with a user friendly intuitive interface; the ability to integrate with Salesforce makes it even better - this saves A LOT of time previously spent on manually looking up data on company websites to verify addresses, phone #'s etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
No big dislikes here aside from the usual lack of "depth" of data when it comes to small-mid size businesses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
InsideView helps us obtain fairly accurate contact and company data which assists our pre-sales, sales and consultant teams throughout the selling and account management lifecycle. By utilizing the data found in InsideView, it allows us to augment and/or update some of the key data fields on our account and prospect records.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is a great tool for Sales/LeadGen/DemandGen/Marketing teams to use in order to augment their "data" gathering efforts; also a nice way to learn more about your clients and their businesses so that you are able to engage with them in more impactful and meaningful ways.

What do you like best about the product?
We use this software hooked into our Salesforce org and it works wonders! We use it to research companies, find key personnel at the companies, get the latest news stories and so much more. You can just enter a company name into Salesforce, then use the InsideView tool to update that Salesforce record with all the key information with two keystrokes. What a time saver! Then, use the tool to find and enter the names of the key people there as leads or contacts. Also a few keystrokes. You can update your contacts with all the information, virtually no tedious data entry. It is almost effortless! If that was enough, after you set it up with your contacts, it will tell you how to reach out to those people using your network. It is very powerful! I have it send me news stories about existing clients
What do you dislike about the product?
It does take some time to set-up and understand, but it is well worth it. We did have some issues with joining it to Salesforce, but the support team at InsideView was great; very attentive and knowledgable. Since I signed up my whole sales team, we had live, hands-on training that was excellent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data entry can be tedious and incomplete. This solves it as well as giving much more complete information. It also prevents human data entry errors. Our productivity has gone up immensly.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is a very good tool to add to your Salesforce instance to provide missing data

What do you like best about the product?
It gives you so many insights about the companies you are targeting or should be targeting and their analytic tool is very easy to use and comprehensive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing I don't like really but I think there's just too much info. (data) where you may get lost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were able to serve targeted advertising to our target companies and was able to raise the engagement. We also get the insights like the web pages visits that our target companies are visiting, the topics these companies interested in and reading. We get a third-party intent data that we can use to create specific banner ads.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking to serve your advertising to specific target accounts, Demandbase is ideal.

What do you like best about the product?
The support team is extremely professional, helpful and efficient
What do you dislike about the product?
Most of the team is from India, so it took me a little while to get acclimated to their accents. That said, they are patient and friendly
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data validation and enrichment within our Salesforce instance. Over the years our email addresses for our contacts have become dated. IV allows us to automatically get updates to expired, deleted, bounced, etc emails
Recommendations to others considering the product:
We target CPA firms within the US. For firms with 15 employees and up, IV data is fairly accurate. We also target 10-15 size firms. Here the data tends not to be quite as accurate, but then again, no other service has any better data we have been able to find. Mostly because these size CPA firms tend not to have a strong online presence.

Defaults to 3 months ... too broad. I prefer to see where I have engagement over the past week or month

How well are my marketing campaigns going? Are people engaging with forms or downloading content? Which personas are taking interest within my target accounts?

What do you like best about the product?
Org charts/structures, industry analysis, integration with Salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside is that it sometimes has limited information/missing information for some companies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The benefits are largely time savings; having relevant industry information, company information, and contact information all in one place. Before, it was a fragmented process researching companies and InsideView makes it easy.

What do you like best about the product?
My weekly digest email with the most engaged accounts and people. Being able to see the effects of an ABM campaign or for that matter, any other activity is doing and immediately acting on them makes the prospecting a lot more effective. Also, the specific ABM campaign digest email are great. You get a lot of insights and who is exactly engaging with what type of content so. This helps target better as you understand the exact pain points and can quickly use that to hook a meeting or start a conversation.
What do you dislike about the product?
The system needs setup and integrations to make sure it gets all the right data from the right input sources. It is really important you tie all the ABM assets so you could track and verify the right metrics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem engagio is solving is seeing live data come in on the impact of running ABM campaigns. It gives you actionable insights and engagement minutes per account targetted, divided by seniority, department, minutes of engagement, and much more. Relly powerful insights. Engagio is really great to view the impact of your marketing campaigns, especially ABM but not limited to it. Understand the engagement levels is key to contacting prospect at the right time and with the right message. This will help conversation rates and make sure you understand when is a good time to contact your leads.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Get a trial up and running, connect to your platforms, and start running ABM campaigns. Make sure you train the users and they understand the value of the insight engagio provides.

What do you like best about the product?
Demandbase is intuitive to use and provides a vast range of account-based insights to power marketing programs. The website analytics and keyword identifiers are some of my favorites, along side their ability to target named accounts. Getting advertising analytics and insights is also very easy. Demandbase also comes with a very comprehensive professional services support team. You don't have to do all the ad configuration and detailed digital advertising operations manually. It's a managed service with an internal support team and this makes things much easier internally. It's worth the cost to have access to their ad operations team. For example - you can test the viability of an audience before deploying a campaign.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing - this is a best in class platform. What makes Demandbase great is how easy the user interface is and the speed at which you can get campaign insights and drill into specific account. I use quite a few platforms to manage and configure digital advertising and Demandbase is by far the most user friendly solution on the market.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed to focus our digital advertising to audiences that actually mattered for our revenue. We use Demandbase to engage our top prospect accounts, our partner network and even as a retention tool for our top customer accounts. There are many different ABB advertising solutions out there but Demandbase helped us reach our audiences at a scale we could not get with LinkedIn and the business journal websites alone. We needed to have a competitive advantage in how we engaged and focused our brand message.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take a careful look at how you want to spend your time - if you want to save time and focus more on account analytics and showing campaign insights, Demandbase is perfect. Other solutions focus more on the advertising operations and uses a self serve model. Demandbase is not that - it's a hybrid agency and platform model and works great for some departments who don't have the resources to set up their own advertising.

APAC database is not storng. Many linkedin people are missing in Inside view, no email address. Sometime phone number also incorrect / not updated.
It should be more resourceful and update for APAC region as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For Account Insights and adding contact for prospecting.
