The Ultimate Weapon in an ABM Tech Stack

What do you like best about the product?
Demandbase is easy to use and provides the richest account based data to help a company’s ABM program get off the ground quickly. The data is clear and easy to understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
Like any technology, there is a learning curve when it comes to setting up the audiences properly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Demandbase we were housing our TAL in a spreadsheet, which was incredibly hard to manage. This gave us an easy way to manage and add to our TAL and also have a way to see which of our target accounts were engaged at all times.

Great tool for lead searching

What do you like best about the product?
Graphic layout is very user friendly and intuitive
But the best is the content and level of information provided
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing particularly, even customer service was very good

Searching people within and organisation/company available at fingertips!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I you are looking for leads to call within an organisation/company then InsideView is a very good solution!

Awesome Product for Personalization with ABM

What do you like best about the product?
Our typical use case is the personalization of ABM ads for target accounts! We also utilize the Site Analytics with target account segments to understand where our target accounts are spending time on our website. Finally, we use certain metrics such as ABM score and Trending Onsite in our Salesforce Lightning dashboards to aid our sales teams in understanding the key accounts to email.
What do you dislike about the product?
Site Analytics could use improvement. I often end up using Google Analytics with UTMs to see other onsite metrics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We typically use DemandBase for the personalization of our ABM ads to display to key target accounts based on our internal ICP as well as trending companies on our website.

How it simplifies account prioritization and takes the step out of my head.

Sometimes my accounts don't appear on DemandBase, no info.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Selling B2B software and making sure I target the right accounts.

What do you like best about the product?
DB allows me to be much more efficient with my time! I'm more focused on customers that WANT info.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes a bit of digging but that's the nature of the research.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main benefit is just knowing what they are researching. It allows me to have very focused conversations.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the integration with D365. Not having to enter all of that data into D365 is very helpful. Also, you can look up contacts AND emails!
What do you dislike about the product?
The company and contact data is often old. Right now, I had to change my password and now the integration isnt working. I need help badly to recover this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like the company alerts as it helps me stay aware of what's happening with my prospects so I can engage with them. Yes, I can get more done in the same amount of time.

What do you like best about the product?
Can quickly get an overview of prospects and clients I am or want to pursue, with the relevant information for a quick analysis. Additionally when I need to prepare for reaching out to the client, The Call prep, Trends impacting the customer/industry are critical in helping me to easily and quickly establish credibility.
What do you dislike about the product?
The understandably challenging par of using Insideview, is the limited information with smaller privately held companies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
InsideView has helped me to recreate success with similar clients. The List building function, has allowed me to build lists of organizations that are similar to clients I have had create success with. I would honestly say that InsideView has helped me grow my business by at least 50% over the last couple of years.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
the perfect compliment to SFDC and your business prospecting efforts. And helps improve the ROI of SFDC.
