What do you like best about the product?
The different reporting available per person.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having to provide a lot of data in order for organizations to show up on the report.

Gauging interest. Understanding who is interested in our platform.

What do you like best about the product?
I love Insideview as it is a support for companies to ensure revenue growth by training business leaders to discover new markets, mentioning that it has a very useful function, which is that it keeps the news updated on most of the companies, taking into account that these are the main clients of this software, highlighting that it has acquired a list of contacts within the company to facilitate work and ensure success.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, the bandwidth of the search facility can be delayed, presenting a dire and intolerable situation, especially when it comes to business lines, since in addition to the same way they are difficult to choose, a choice of the type of Toggling would be easier, It would be a great scalable improvement when we turn to the software, in some cases the information can sometimes be false or inaccurate, giving little confidence when such failure occurs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Insideview is used to a large extent in the company and more when we refer to our marketing and digital sales departments, as this software offers us relevant information about our clients, more than anything we use it to know what to offer our powerful users to securing a purchase by these people, ensuring that our revenue grows in a successful and incredible way, mentioning that this news feed allows us to track specific companies or verticals that we target and allows our team to connect with these organizations faster.

Insideview is ideal for conducting background investigations on the companies you are primarily targeting, mentioning that it also provides an additional way to obtain individualized contact information for each of these organizations, in order to know how to reach the needs that this establishment or customer needs, since its multiple amounts of highly detailed information of any company, facilitates the flow of sales.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the ease of use as it has a semaless flow. Customer support and training ara amazing. The database gets regularly updated and you get relevant notifications about the accounts we follow. Whenever we point out any data error, it is immediately resolved with a response. The data quality is excellent at an affordable subscription without any hidden fee. We got an intensive training and every clarification was well answered and online help and tutorials are professionally designed. Detailed updates about each account is well captured and very systematically documented. Even a new user is able to effectively use because of the well structured design architecture. Our licenses are used by our sales professionals who are very satsified with the lead details available in InsideView. Another important factor, I consider best with InsideView is their continued support and effort to answer customer queries and concerns aparat from resolving issues and upgrading the data quality on a daily basis. Another useful feature is about the feature to connect the LinkedIn profiles and group them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as such. Some LinkedIn profiles are not properly hyperlinked which they need to attend.The database could be ridher for Europe and APAC region. Many companies have more details about sales and marketing people and could better have more info about enginnering contacts. More number of direct and mobile numbers would help mpre. Above all, I get frustrated when a direct number or email does not work. This reflects poor accuracy of some mail IDs and numbers. Many a time, I have observed that different mail ID fromats are given for the same company which is very confusing. It would help if such minor errors are rectified
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it for B2B sales lead generation across all regions. Our inside sales representatives use for company lists across all regions. We also use it for grouping and linking our LinkedIn connects with the leads generated through InsideView.

It is an affordable and amazing B2B lead generation tool of high quality and extensive database.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the way it ranks your accounts in descending order so you can immediately see the low hanging fruit
What do you dislike about the product?
Only has international websites for some accounts vs your local country website
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems i am solving are finding accounts researching for the products or services my organisation can provide. Demandbase find these accounts as well as those doing research on our website . This helps me save time and focus on the accounts that will most likely lead to a purchase

Easy to navigate Engagement platform

What do you like best about the product?
When I receive MQL's from Engagio I can tell exactly what the prospect was looking at to start a conversation with them
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I had a better understanding of what the scoring is. For example, I can get a lead that scores an 11 or scores a 50 and I don't know what that is derived from.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Engagio has helped me generate new leads from people who show up on the platform. This is essential to my position as an SDR. Any qualified lead is appreciated.

What do you like best about the product?
InsideView is my go to for introducing new Account Executives to a comprehensive overview of the accounts they are managing

Would prefer to be able to access without being behind my company firewall

We need to have a thoughtful point of view regarding our customers and prospects. InsideView helps enable that foundational understanding and context to build better points of view.

Excellent ABM platform, services, and partners

What do you like best about the product?
Demandbase's ABM solution offerings are extensive and continuously being updated to stay competitive in the market. They are adding the ability to self-serve your own ad campaigns, which is a big improvement. The main platform for Audience identification is easy to use and gives a wealth of information. And the site analytics is very helpful for improving our strategy. I also like that we can add unlimited users to access the platform. My partners/consultants are always extremely helpful, offer learning sessions and resources, and work with me on strategy.
What do you dislike about the product?
This is an expensive platform, especially for advertising compared to other platforms. There's currently no Microsoft CRM integration, which makes measurement more difficult for us. Also, when looking at the Account level details, the Example pages are often not in line with the keywords we are really interested in, which can be confusing to the sales people looking at their accounts, and makes me question the intent on some of them. That requires additional work on our profile, but it seems like it's a guess and test process at times (which can be time consuming). I need to learn a bit more about intent and how accurate the data is, but I've been hearing more and more good things about Bombora which Demandbase does not use. I'm hoping to learn more about how they can compete with that kind of data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Demandbase to identify prospect accounts for our ABM strategy. We also have just started using the targeting and engagement tools for advertising and web personalization. We have been able to target better accounts and have seen engagement increase with our target accounts. Hoping for more engagement with targeting and personalization.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Be sure to have metrics/measurements in place when starting your ABM program. Without a CRM integration, this is more difficult but still necessary. We used PowerBI to create a dashboard to keep track of our top metrics. When implementing Demandbase, make sure to spend enough time to set up your profile; and be sure to do it with a cross-functional team. Then continually update and enhance your profile and lists for the best results (it's much easier to maintain after the initial implementation). Keep on top of the newest features and offerings from Demandbase - they continue to improve the platform.

Valuable Insights for Sales Representatives Hunting New Business

What do you like best about the product?
Integrates perfectly with our existing CRM and provides useful easy to access insights on employee size, location, website etc. The employee size is usually accurate as well. I like the ease with which I can get the latest update without moving away from my screen. We use this software bolted into our Microsoft Dynamics CRM and it has been extremely beneficial. I use it regularly to research companies, identify key decision makers in targeted organisations, get information on things like latest news stories etc. When you search a company detail within our CRM and then use the InsideView tool to help to update customers details and record with all the key information much quicker. You can use the tool to find and input the names of the key people there as leads or contacts.You can update your contacts with all the required information. It is very powerful, I would really recommend it!
What do you dislike about the product?
Doesn´t necessarily provide easy to access core contact data. Obviously identifying the key decision makers in an organisation is always a challenge. In our market segment one of the problems we encounter is establishing the correct contact within a smaller SMB organisation. On occasion one of the limitations to the tool is the limited amount of information available with smaller privately held companies. There are always occasional challenges where the information is simply not up to date. Obviously things are constantly moving with these types of data led solutions. I still need to double check across multiple sources which does take additional time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No immediate problems, speeds up profiling. Makes it easier to make decisions in and around prospecting new business or existing run rate customers. As a hunter whose core responsibility is to build new business I have found this tool incredibly useful.

Sometimes difficult to maneuver within, not able to see if have downloaded contacts in past, don't like having to go out of Salesforce for more information, don't like lack of information sometimes, old email addresses sometimes

Gaining insight into companies that could become potential leads, getting information to contact them with.
