What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate ManageEngine Network Configuration Manager for its compliance check and baseline configuration setup features. The compliance check helps us comply with multiple standards and facilitates the submission of reports to auditors, which is particularly useful during surprise audits because it makes it easier to address any potential gaps. The baseline configuration feature is crucial for us as it provides visibility and allows us to compare the baseline with existing configurations along with their history. Additionally, I like that using ManageEngine Network Configuration Manager has significantly reduced our process completion time from 2 days to just 4-5 hours, and the initial setup was quite easy for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
The firmware upgrade process doesn't work as smoothly due to the many legacy models we have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use ManageEngine Network Configuration Manager for configuration change trends, compliance checks, backups, and upgrades. It reduces our reporting time from 2 days to 4-5 hours and helps comply with audits, offering visibility and comparison with baseline configurations.

The ManageEngine Network Configuration Manager is especially helpful for getting quick, at-a-glance visuals on backup statuses, backup alerts, and an overall easy to grasp UI.
What do you dislike about the product?
A personal nitpick I have of the Manage Engine Network Configuration Manager, is having the SSH option tucked under a Tools menu. Many times I find myself just wanting to start an SSH session directly from the decive summary, and not having to navigate to a completely separate menu.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By providing a single source for backup management, with clear easy to read device statuses and alerts.
