What do you like best about the product?
I like the automation and centralized control in ManageEngine Network Configuration Manager. It automatically backs up device configurations, tracks every change, and makes it easy to roll back to a stable version if something goes wrong. The automation features save time by automatically backing up configuration, tracking changes, and pushing updates to multiple devices at once. I also appreciate the strong automation, reliable configuration backup, and useful compliance features that make daily network management easier. The initial setup is fairly straightforward for basic deployment, especially with the installation wizard and default settings.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the ManageEngine Network Configuration Manager could improve its user interface, which feels less modern and can take time to get used to. The dashboard could be more modern and customizable with clearer visuals for device status, compliance, and recent changes. Navigation between modules sometimes requires multiple clicks, so a more intuitive menu structure or quick access shortcuts would help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use ManageEngine Network Configuration Manager to centrally manage network devices, automate backups, and track changes. It reduces human error and accidental misconfigurations, while its automation saves time by pushing updates to multiple devices.
