Efficient System with great trainings and capacity

it retains files and has needed dimensions

nothing, thus far it is the best accounting system I've used for NPOs

My Love of Sage Intacct
What do you like best about the product?
Its just so easy, no matter the task - how big or small, i never feel overwhelmed by using sage. In particular i love the ease of navigating through the system.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, nothing - it is just so easy. If i had to choose one element that could be potentialy improved i would suggest introducing an easier way to process refunds.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage Intacct solves every problem i have ever had to do with accounting softwares. The people who created the product deserve high praise. Being able to easily navigate between multiple companies in a group is a game changer.
Friendly User Interface and very adaptable
What do you like best about the product?
The support team makes the interaction with the system smooth and they are always available to answer questions and concerns you may have. Also, the system provides a lot of functions that can adapt to your company.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't a lot of things that I don't like about the system but if I could change something that would be the main menu bar. It should be spread out into the menu bar instead of having to click on it and display the whole menu in just one corner.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Invoice procesing and Purchase requisition/orders creation. Before Intacct, my company used to process all the invoices via email and it was really hard to keep track of status. Now, the process is streamlined and easy to track.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to edit and modify invoices. The system pretty much guides you by itself. I had minimal training on it and picked it up pretty quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly haven't found anything wrong with it yet. I super simple to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to fix mistakes after the fact. Usually in an AP position you catch mistakes after you complete a task. With Sage it so user friendly and am able to go back and correct. It also relieves work stress
It has taken our reporting to a new level and cut down on so much time!
What do you like best about the product?
All the integrations and consolidated reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing yet! We haven't found anything to complain about!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a lot of companies and it has helped us doing our consolidation to run AP, AR, TB and financials at a consolidated level.
I am an Intacct convert from Net Suite
What do you like best about the product?
I really like, a lot, the automated Intercompany bookings. The JE upload seems to be easier than what I am used to with Upload ability.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I find a bit odd are the various journals like the GJ or PYJR. It's not really a negative thing, just take some getting used to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The booking of the intercompany transactions. It saves much time, and reduces the having to have people book both sides. Which many times people don't coordinate and bogs down the reconciliation process.
Sage Intacct for Multi-Entity Property is Amazing
What do you like best about the product?
I like how user-friendly Sage Intacct is for my team. We use it not only for our accounting but also for budgeting and fixed assets for multiple companies. It's much easier to use than QuickBooks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Once a bank account has been set up in Sage, the information cannot be edited even if there is no activity within the account. So if you make a typo or select the wrong account, you have to start over.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage Intacct works directly with Paymode X to help us automate our AP cycle. We've gone almost entirely paperless in less than two months despite being a multi-entity property.
Sage Intacct Makes Accounting Easy
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to see the dashboards and the dimension coding to create meaningful insights and analytics. It allows me, as an accountant, to understand better what is happening in our business.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that the document upload and view system could be updated. A lot of times when I am reviewing entries, I notice that deleting/adding documents does not work exactly how I would want.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage Intacct is the base of our general ledger and all of our accounting practices. It benefits me by allowing me to easily and quickly generate reports that create meaningful change within our organization.
Sage Intacct is Incredible
What do you like best about the product?
I love the versatility of being able to use the software anywhere. The report builder is also incredible. It is nice to be able to make what my board of directors wants to see.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see more canned reports, but I do like that the report builder gives me access to make what I need. I just think that some companies might need more basic reports.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage allows us to tract multiple federal grants by certain funding sources with ease. We also have many different counties that we have offices setup in, so it is easy to track them as well.
