    What do you like best about the product?
    Dimensional accounting and Multi entity management becomes comparatively easy. Also custom dashboards help with instant insights into KPIs
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Features like project accounting or advanced inventory are sold as separate modules which add to cost
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Automated reconciliation feature helps to eliminate Manual reconciliation process and helps for a faster month end close

    Lots of automation features, ability to create new dimensions inside of intacct to help reporting.

    Some of the report building isn't perfect and can be quite time consuming.

    What do you like best about the product?
    it can be integrated with multiple software's and implementation plus training is thorough and easily accessible. Make it easier for automation and report customization.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    There aren’t many options for allowing multiple account selections in the general ledger when viewing customized reports. The filtering and customization features also need improvement to make it easier to narrow down and work with the accounts I need.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Makes it easy to do accounting for multiple companies at the same time and under one parent. Helpful in streamlining processes and automation.

    I appreciate most about Sage Intacct is its powerful mix of automation, flexibility, and real-time financial insights. Being a cloud-based platform, it allows easy access to accurate financial data from anywhere, enabling quicker and more informed decision-making. Its automation capabilities—particularly in areas like accounts payable, revenue recognition, and reporting—significantly reduce manual work and help minimize errors.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    One downside of Sage Intacct is that it can have a bit of a learning curve, especially for new users who aren’t familiar with cloud-based accounting systems. Some advanced features and configurations may require training or support to fully utilize.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Sage Intacct helps solve manual accounting inefficiencies by offering a structured UI, strong automation, and real-time financial visibility, making everyday workflows faster and more accurate.     What do you like best about the product?
    Using Sage has made it significanltly easier to simplify complex financial procedures that used to take a large portion of my day. It provides me with real time reporting and easy to interpret data.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Sage does have a pretty steep learning curve but once you get the hang of it, it really just flows easily.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Speeds up month end, provides real time dash boards and reporting, integrates with most of my systems, and allows my finance team to spend more time gathering information than analyzing it.
