Sage is a great system. Definitely love utilizing it!

It is easy to navigate and find needed information. Love the organization process of sage as well.

Wish there were a guide on short cuts and a manual on usage.

What do you like best about the product?
Feels user-friendly. You can figure out how to do different things with ease. If you have a question, the help & support at the top of the page generally has an answer for you. It is easy to attach a copy of the invoice for future reference.
What do you dislike about the product?
Once an invoice in A/P is paid, you can no longer make changes.
Everytime my computer is rebooted, I have to verify every single time. If I have already been verified in the week, why must I verify again?

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When I pull a report, it gives me details on the report. I don't have to go to each invoice to see the details because the report allows me to see them. This makes my job more efficient.
Straightforward interface
What do you like best about the product?
I like the way Sage Intacct has a basic, straightforward interface. It's not difficult to find what you're looking for. With other software, things tend to get convoluted.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't come across anything that I would consider a dealbreaker, or needlessly complicated. While there's always room for improvement with any platform, I don't see anything glaring to point out at this point.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It streamlines the PO Approval process . I do not find it difficult to navigate, or submit required purchase order requests. It keeps me from having to print a lot paper invoices.
Intuitive, saves time!

I feel Intacct is very easy to navigate. It's obvious to find things and it's not overcomplicated!
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the fields don't expand big enough. For example, when I add in Project Updates I need to put a lot of verbatim in and I can't see what I've typed

The upside of using Sage Intacct is that we are able to track our actual cost from start to finish and we can get a more accurate review of what is that we need to improve within our company
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel that sometimes within Sage it feels like we might be a little limited and some reports that we are able to create as well as little shortcuts that we are able to use within Sage
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage has helped us by improving our cost-tracking system and we have been able to see which areas we need to improve within our company it has also given us a tool to see the more clearly.
The best accounting software ever!
What do you like best about the product?
Sage is incredibly user friendly. I love the way you can get to what you need in a bunch of different ways. I also love the search feature and reporting. It is so flexible and does everything you would ever want in a software package.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I don't like is it is sometimes hard to activate a cell. If you copy an invoice for instance and you want to change a memo or description, it is hard to get the curser active in the cell to delete or edit the cell.

What do you like best about the product?
I think Dimensions is arguably the greatest feature of Intacct as it allows you to have multi-faceted reporting yet not blow up your chart of accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the report writing can be a bit overwhelming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows a much more compact chart of accounts while still giving detailed reports through dimensions.

Switching to Sage Intacct has been a game changer for our company. So many more seamless options for our AR, AP, Payroll and more!

Nothing so far; any hiccups are resolved quickly and easily.

An easy all in one spot for our AR, AP & Payroll.
Just what we needed
What do you like best about the product?
What I find most helpful, among other things, is the level of flexibility with reporting. We have multiple teams, locations, etc. and base a lot of commissions and bonuses on KPIs. The financial and statistical reporting allow us to break down data in every way we need.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the navigation is not the most intuitive. Additionally, it can be a bit cumbersome for non-accounting people, but that was to be expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest issue Sage helped us solve was reporting. Between dimensions, customer/vendor attributes, statistical items, etc. I have been able to set up the system in a way that produces reports that require little to no additional manual work. This has been a huge time-saver and increased our ability to communicate this data more frequently and accurately.
