Efficient Platform to book Journal Entries and generate reporting needs
What do you like best about the product?
Intacct is an efficient platform to book journal entries and generate reporting needs. I was able to book journal entries seamlessly without any issues and duplicate recurring entries. In addition was to generate reports when needed
What do you dislike about the product?
Being able to create custom reports have been the only issue with Intacct
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Booking journal entries efficiently and generating trial balance/financial reports
Awesome user friendly system
What do you like best about the product?
Internal chat, attachments within easy to find and clean up. Dynamic allocations will make health and ltd allocations easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
the printing of the check stub, the print is so small on it, need to make this larger.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it allows for us to do dashboards so coworkers can see data up to date at their fingertips
Sage Intacct
What do you like best about the product?
Sage Intacct is very user friendly and simplifies how to do even some of the hardest accounting transactions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish it was easier to build custom reports.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our company has used both quickbooks and great plains in the past which didn't have all the features we needed. Sage intacct is much more user friendly and provides a better platform.
Convenient Exports
What do you like best about the product?
When i download .csv of General Ledefer details, it gives me the option of using column A on the export to have the GL Account number for every specific transactions
What do you dislike about the product?
When exporting some reports, i have to click a triangle to expand the report to specific detail. For Example, for Meal/Travel on a P&L, it give me the subtotal initially, but i have to click a triangle so it can tell me what accounts encompass that
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Exporting Month End reports so i can provide financials to my bosses.

What do you like best about the product?
Very helpful and user friendly, makes posting transactions so efficient
What do you dislike about the product?
Downside is that you cannot you cannot view various balance sheets at the same time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving bank reconciliations and daily postings
Sage Review
What do you like best about the product?
The bank reconciliation function is my favorite part of Sage. It is super easy to match transactions using this module. I can appreciate that it allows transactions to be ignored as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the inability for multiple logins with the same user credentials. It would be helpful to have multiple login ability with the same username and password combination.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage has solved many of our reporting issues. It has helped us clean up our books, as we have multiple entities doing business in multiple states. I can appreciate that Sage helps us manage all of this.
Accounting within SAGE
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to use and learn new features. It makes it easy to find information.
What do you dislike about the product?
I sometimes have trouble locating journal entries within SAGE. When I click on the entry it won't let me see what accounts it was posted to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SAGE helps with accounting features within the organization and record keeping.
This is the most user-friendly accounting software I have ever used!
What do you like best about the product?
How well it is organized. So easy to find information. I like that you can customize reports. Customer service is excellent. Sage Intacct is current and works with other systems!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't fully understand what to enter at entity level vs top level. It could be that I need more training. I would also like to see how a check would print in the view feature rather than just the edit feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy of entering accounting data and quickly seeing results in reporting. I love that I can change a gl account right in the entry without having to void the last and reentering. The best!

scalability, how intuitive it is, the customer supprt

nothing - all the modules are great and it is very user friendly

A/P, A/R and accounting in general
Excellent overall view of company's financial and operational health
What do you like best about the product?
The report system where non-financial data can be ingested into sage with subsequent creation of operational dashboards including goals/budgets, variances from goals/budget, and variance from prior periods.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was a bit of a bear to implement, however, I feel like we wasted alot of money on a consultant that knew little more about the system than we did. I would have rather had the option to not use a consultant at all for implementation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to load non-financial key operating data to produce operational dashboards combining finance, operations, patient satisfaction, and clinical quality measures results.
