Superb Product
What do you like best about the product?
the reporting and dashboards are really descriptive.
What do you dislike about the product?
To many details to follow during set up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
allowing me to customize financial reports to my needs, by allowing me to view the information i require.

What do you like best about the product?
It makes accounting easier for businesses, juct copy and paste the data to an excel sheet
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far, although the have a finance analytic module which is quite a little expensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Balance sheet for my company. AR and APs are well handy, it helps me spot erroe right on the bat.

design choice, entity - top level drill down, custom report capabilities

In -application search feature is not very helpful at finding specific sections/subheadings of a module.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For our clients, reporting and overall automation are key benefits I always hear.
I really enjoy this program.
What do you like best about the product?
I like how simple it is to use Intacct. It is very self explanatory and easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I don't like is that it logs me out very quickly.

It has helped with keeping everything together in one place. It also helps us be paperless.
Great experience
What do you like best about the product?
The user experience is simple and straightforward. I've been using Intacct for over ten years, and during that time I've used other systems including Great Plains, Netsuite, Quickbooks, SAP; none have been as simple to use as Intacct.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like to be able to more easily edit multiple (but not all) memo lines on large journal entries. Also, some of the default formatting on excel exports could be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deferred revenue is something that has been an issue with other systems; Intacct handles that with relative ease. Also, all of our external system integrations such as Salesforce, Coupa, Quickbase work very well.
Fantastic Streamlined Experience
What do you like best about the product?
I like how sage intacct can streamline multiple products into one easy to use system.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like how invoicing can sometimes turn into a tedious manual process.

Sage Intacct is solving accounting issues I was having with my last software
Easy to Use, Intuitive, but with the Bells and Whistles we need
What do you like best about the product?
I love that we can do grant/fund accounting for our nonprofit with ease. I love the reporting functions and that we can set up dashboards for budget managers to use to access their real time expense/revenue view.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish we could have a few more users without hitting a different pricing tier, but other than that no complaints. We really love Intacct overall (especially compared to Quickbooks).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a nonprofit we have to be careful to track grants and our different revenue funds, Intacct makes this easy and the reporting is great. I love the flexibility we have with intact.

The reporting module is my favorite part of Intacct!
What do you dislike about the product?
Getting the environment set up can be a lengthy process. However, with the right team in place, the transition to Sage will save time on future data entry and reporting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Sage Intacct reporting module is a wonderful reporting tool. Once reports are built, they can be scheduled to run with real-time data. These reports can be stored or emailed saving the user time to produce the reports.

What do you like best about the product?
User-friendly and expeditious! Sage seems to be beneficial for processing all invoices.
What do you dislike about the product?
Still navigating Sage - no downsides as of yet. All works really great for our Team!

Sage is solving the organization, speedy process and accuracy of data for our Department's billing and budget.
