Easy To Use
What do you like best about the product?
The platform's layout is easy to navigate.

There is nothing I dislike as of right now.

We have employees at multiple locations and it makes going throught the month end reports 10x easier.

What do you like best about the product?
User friendly, completely cloud based, ability to email statements.
What do you dislike about the product?
Error messages on uploads aren't always easy to decipher. Stament templates don't match the format/headings in the system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Slow, database and cloud based system, old legacy data. We have reimaged our chart of accounts and cleared up old legacy data. Being completely cloud based is also a huge improvement.
I use Sage Intacct on a daily basis to pull GL details, post transactions and run reports.
What do you like best about the product?
Very user friendly, the ease of use is incredible.
I'm thankful for bank feeds and other automation tools within Sage Intacct.
That all reports or any GL detail can be exported into Excel.

What do you dislike about the product?
Some better reporting tools would be helpful and maybe they exist but I just don't know how to get there.
Some dashboards would be nice too, but again those may already exist as well.
I'm just not familiar, but I guess watch the how to videos.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
to post accounting transactions and do accounting reporting, month end close and general ledger management. Also to do cash management reconciling bank statements.
Great accounting platform
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use the most. Sage is very intuitive and easy to work with.
What do you dislike about the product?
Downsides to Sage Intacct is that certain reports have to be specifically customized to meet needs. Sometimes the info cannot be carried over into a report.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Job costing was an issue for us because we have many products and each one had to have items allocated specifically to those jobs. This system easily mastered that issue.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about it is the amount of different dimensions and how easy it is to build up reports with the different dimensions to create reports which are useful to the company.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main downside is it is quite American. We are from the UK. Although there is not really an issue contacting support, it does feel designed for the US market.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage Intacct enables us to report using multiple dimensions, have a very robust online AP system and pay invoies and upload bank files directly. It is a complete solution.

The ability to track data with different dimensions and slice and dice information.

It is hard to deipher the import error messages.

It's a little slow and it doesn't automatically fill in the Previous Changes for Change Orders.

What do you like best about the product?
I like its easy to use. Was not hard to jump in and learn the process. I use it to order product from multiple venders. I like all your order history is all there to be reviewed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see when looking for product it pull up by any key word without having to go in to the find menu and adding the % key everytime to search the product.

Easy ordering. We have all our vendors all in one page not having to jump page to page to order different items. All the ordering history is all in the same page also.

KEEPING UP WITHTHE INVOICES AND THE NUMBERS. I CAN FIND ANYTHING I NEED. ANYTHING I HAVE TRANSFERRED AND ENTERED IN THE SYSTEM
