What do you like best about the product?
I like the sage community and how easy it is to look up how to do something.
What do you dislike about the product?
When issues do arise, support is less than helpful. Also, let us edit credit card transactions!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's easier to allocate expenses between our two companies.
Dynamic user interface functionality with a disappointing reporting base
What do you like best about the product?
Easily allows you to navigate the various menus. User interface easy to pick up on. Allows for minimal training to get started. Felt like an upgrade out of the 90s from the previous accounting software I have used.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting functionality is lacking or not very user-friendly to set up. Canned reports not very export friendly for performing detailed analysis. Wish transaction allocations where more dynamic and allow for easier edits.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides us a system to store our accounting information to record the performance of the company. It allows for easy import and manual creation of different journal entry types. Helps track our AP payment process while linking to our other systems.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability of sage to pull out reports based on projects is second to none. It made my ability to work with our finance team 100x better.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only complaint would be that sometimes the login doesn't allow a password reset to be sent to the user if they aren't the top level admin.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us a full track on project spending and invoice management.
Accounting in Intacct for almost 10 years & it was one of the best financial decisions my org made.

Cloud-based software & its dimensions allow for deeper access to information.
What do you dislike about the product?
System can feel overwhelming when implementing new modules or processes. You must have an implementation consultant.

Simple salary allocations; project management; grant management

What do you like best about the product?
Overall, the app is exceptional and straightforward. The solid application I found easy to use with little to no assistance. I highly recommend to others.

Maybe limited on what one can track and enter if you would need a report builder.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating an app version to expand on the types of data that can be entered, tracked and building a report from.

What do you like best about the product?
i will leave an honest review. Sage 100 was much easier to navigate
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing is linked. i can make a job in Sage Intacct and add my PO's to it. but when you go to the contract, those PO's dont come over. i have to up load them again. I dont talk to each thing like it should. if i make a job number, and you do a contract using that same job number, everything i put in the job, should just be there.

It is not benefitting me really.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Sage Intacct is fairly easy to use. One of the things I really like about Intacct is that you can correct entry mistakes by either editing the entry or deleting it entirely.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I like least has to do with the Sage Transform Conference. I have signed up for sessions without knowing that they are related to an add-on module that my company does not use. I wish the session descriptions would state if they are related to an add-on module.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love that Sage Intacct has the ability to set up recurring journal entries. Once I set those up for the first time, it saves me from having to manually enter them each month. It also helps that you have the ability to enter a reversal date at the time of making an entry.
Not user friendly but gets the job done!
What do you like best about the product?
I like that there are so many options and areas for policies and procedures to be added for each specific company/department so employees know exactly what to do! I also like the variety of products available within the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not user-friendly - hard to get used to and very outdated looking. Not organized in the best way and terminology is hard to understand without getting some sort of training.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One place to add expense reports, timesheets, and more! Like that I can get it all done in one platform and have it all connect to one another
