Advanced with few complications
What do you like best about the product?
The interface is user-friendly and easy to train others with.
What do you dislike about the product?
A credit entered into AR does not flow over to AP. You have to make adjustments on both sides.

Simple to Learn yet Detailed in Operating
What do you like best about the product?
Training for Sage Intacct was a very simple process. The labeling of areas and setup of the system makes navigating easy and I like being able to edit my user layout.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that you named the system Sage Intacct because other systems already use the name "Sage," and Intacct is misspelled, so autocorrect always catches it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage Intacct helps me reconcile our accounts quickly and efficiently by providing report setups that make our process more efficient.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the functionality and ease of use that Intacct offers.
What do you dislike about the product?
No downsides yet the only thing is there alot to learn and you find something new about Sage everyday

Efficient Financial Management with Customizable Reporting
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the ability to import journal entries in Sage Intacct, as it allows me to create entries in Excel much faster than manually entering them in Sage Intacct. This feature significantly speeds up my accounting work. I also like the reporting customization, which enables me to create reports showing exactly the information I need to see. Additionally, the initial setup was easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ability to edit AR or AP invoice details after paid
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage Intacct handles multi-entity accounting, automates inter-company entries, and imports journal entries, which quickens accounting. Reporting customization lets me create precise reports with the info I need.
Extremely comprehensive but a lack of learning modules
What do you like best about the product?
Sage is a powerful product if you know how to use it. Very comprehensive. Friendlier than some other products for a beginner (i.e.: easy to fix *most* mistakes)
What do you dislike about the product?
Intacct has so much to offer yet Sage University only goes so far. I learn more helpful tools and tips from my more sage-experienced colleagues who learned through trial and error.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have not used it long enough to recognize issues that need fixing in this manner.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how things get linked together to streamline processes. It helps our grant management to be more efficient and minimizes unnecessary paperwork collecting in the office.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were better training. The system is very robust; we used contractors to help train us. I think it would be beneficial if there was some sort of virtual training program.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A lot of our work is currently done in spreadsheets on a shared drive that our regional offices cannot access. Sage Intacct is allowing transparency and connectivity to data.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to Understand and the program is simple to work.
What do you dislike about the product?
You can not save your posting payments if you need to go to the bathroom or break; if you can make it to ware save without posting.

Great Experience! High level of Automation
What do you like best about the product?
The Automation, simplicity, Fast accessibility and possible customization level make this tool remarkable. Its flexibility with other APIs makes it even more helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Few things can be improved. The download button after tapping the export button doesn't make sense. If it want to export that means I want to export and shouldn't have any more questions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage Intacct's loader import helps with entering hundreds of entries and invoices to be created in the effort of a few minutes, which earlier used to take me hours.

I like most about Intacct is that it is user friendly

I like least about Intacct that is can sometimes be restricting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves te problem of tracking payments from different vendors and organizing the payments.
Intacct Sage is user friendly with a good interface and add-ons

I like the simple and clean interface along with dashboards.
What do you dislike about the product?
Like to see more standard reports that can be customized and more advanced dashboard features. Having the budget and planning module part of the standard package would be nice too.

We are able to provide reports and data timely to management for decision making.
