What do you like best about the product?
Intacct is very varsitile ERP. It gives a lot opportunity to make changes as per the Business requirement. Its very to use. The implemenation is very smooth and less time consuming. It gives a lot of features which canbe used as per the business needs and requirements. Its is very versatile and can be integrated with any 3rd party software. The customer support is very supportive and prompt in resolving the queries. I use Intacct on a daily basis with out any chalenges.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few things on which I think Intacct can improve it self. One thing that I observed is that we should have the functionality to make cosmetic changes to the invoices without opening the books.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives an option to create multi-currency contracts. Also, I can recognize the revenue for FF and also for usage-based items.

What do you like best about the product?
It is suitable for every businesss as it has various module like contracts module, construction accounting, OE module.
Sage Intacct is driven more on effective financial reporting capabilities which allow to create highly user specific real-time reports and dashboards without need of additional IT training which further enhances financial work and allows finance teams to achieve instant visibility into different performance metrics. Along with these, it allows to automate and regularize with high accuracy in relation to multi entity consolidations and forex balance calculations leading to lesser month end closing time period. One of the best part it allows user to drill down from summary to each transactional level into seconds.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no such report to extract the foreign exchange rates for specific currency for all the dates. So may be this can be added additionally. Also, mobile experience is limited and requires full desktop version for its visibility
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is easy to use and a comprehensive accounting tool that solves the problem of maintaining too many complex software. It also requires less human resources and less human error. So it is budget-friendly and saves money. Along with this, it provides various features to analyze the financials, preparation of budgets, trend analysis, and much more.

Sage Intacct is best at its providing Financial statements like Trial Balance,Financial report,Financial graphs,General Ledger,Accounts group,Statistical Journal entry & other Comparitive reports.This tool is best at its accounting feature,which make easy,ease of implementation ,ease of integration &friendly user interface accounting.24*4 customer support.As frequency of use is high it never lower down the system.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sage Intacct is Best at its accounting tool,which is highly recommendable however it it could other fincnacial drivers such as Financial ratios like GP ratio,NP Ratio,Debt/Equity which enable accounting as well as financial analysis.

What is our primary use case?
We use it for a wide array of accounting functions, encompassing accounts payable and receivable, general accounting tasks, fixed asset management, banking interactions, and reconciliation, as well as the generation of standard and customized financial reports. Our company handles the recording of transactions, particularly focusing on purchase-related transactions like RCTIs, and we perform recurring journal entries for month-end closings. Due to our intercompany system, we don't engage in traditional AR and AP; instead, we initiate ARAP and make use of the built-back approach. We have configured the built-in feature, which seamlessly facilitates our intercompany financial transactions within the Sage Intacct platform.
How has it helped my organization?
This is a multi-entity system with a hierarchical structure that allows us to have a comprehensive view of all our ARAP transactions within a single tool. We can access and analyze data at different entity levels as needed, and it's incredibly convenient. We can seamlessly drill down into the data from this unified interface.
What is most valuable?
One of the standout features is the ability to access all reports from a central location, eliminating the need to switch between entities. We can effortlessly view trial balances, pending reports, and more, regardless of the specific location or entity we're working with. Its custom reports feature is also noteworthy, as it provides flexibility for users to create their reports, tailored to their specific areas of expertise. For example, in accounts payable, we can extract purchase invoice details and item-level data, track credit applications for individual invoices, and generate custom reports to integrate into our toolkit.
What needs improvement?
The only challenge we've encountered is in role setup. While we can create, post, and manage general entries, we face a limitation in allocating multiple JL accounts.
For how long have I used the solution?
I have been working with it for one year.
What do I think about the stability of the solution?
It provides exceptional stability capabilities. I would rate it nine out of ten.
What do I think about the scalability of the solution?
There is potential for improvement in terms of scalability. I would rate it seven out of ten.
How are customer service and support?
It provides excellent support services.
How was the initial setup?
Setting it up isn't overly simple, but not really complex. I would rate it around eight out of ten.
What about the implementation team?
The transition process took just under three to four months. This involved migrating supplier previous balances and setting up suppliers and customers in the new system with multiple entities, along with handling fixed assets and other essential data transfers. During this transition, we collaborated with a third-party consultant who played a significant role, as we primarily sourced subscriptions through this third-party company, which also provided valuable support throughout the process.
What was our ROI?
The return on investment is 75 percent.
What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?
In terms of subscriptions, the pricing structure works well for multi-level entities. It's reasonably priced, offering fixed pricing, which is quite fair. I would rate six out of ten.
What other advice do I have?
It's a good fit for us, especially as we operate within a multi-entity franchise system and the customization options are excellent, allowing us to add screens and tailor the software to our specific needs. From an accounting perspective, it's a top-notch product, offering comprehensive end-to-end automation. The banking features are particularly impressive, making back-office tasks much more time-efficient. The flexibility and customization options are a big plus, and the use of templates further streamlines processes. Overall, I would rate it nine out of ten.

Intacct and bill.com sync issues are more. Syncronising procedure with Excel except CSV format. It takes much time when the data is huge. If there is an edit request from client it takes time to open the books which are closed.

Sage Intacct helps us to solve accounting issues and records the accounting information of clients. It presents the data in a simple and understandable way. Very easy to operate. User friendly. Not many complications in using the application. It saves time in preparing reports. The application itself prepares reports as we enter the data. There is not much complication in navigation for extracting reports.
