What do you like best about the product?
It is so user friendly and saves us an enourmous amount of time with our multi-entity companies.
What do you dislike about the product?
We need to have outside firm review how we use it and utilize more features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage is a must with our multi-entity company. This has sovled timing issues as well as overall productivity of our entire team. We are able to collaborate and ensure our financials are accurate.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to title my invoices with specific details, which I find is unavailable in other systems. The reporting in Intacct is easy and searching for information is easy. There are plenty of filters to use and creating your own views make it easy for each individual user. Setting up recurring invoices is quick and easy. Prorating invoice amounts is a cinch with the proration button. Reporting issues is easy through the "Help & Support" tab. The customer support is quick to answer any questions or concerns. You can run payments through the virtual terminal if the invoices are coming from another source.
What do you dislike about the product?
Updating a customer's address is annoying. If you've already created an invoice or sales order and need to update the address or contact details, you need to recreate the invoice or sales order for it to grab the new details. It doesn't automatically update. Setting up a recurring invoice requires you to add the customer as a recurring customer. If the auto payments aren't run very early in the morning and you have an open invoice for that customer, it will pay all invoices if that customer was set up as recurring. Sometimes you don't want ALL invoices to be paid automatically.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We currently have no issues with the software.
It's really good experience so far.

I like AP module. its interface is really good.

Nothing really. So far all the modules are satisfactory.

What do you like best about the product?
We are using Intacct on a daily basis. The best part of Intacct is the user interface, which is very simple. We have all the modules, for example, the AP Module (PO Module, Expense Management Module, etc.). Any issues, we can reach out to customer support easily, the response is very quick, and the implementation was hassle-free. Also, we use a BILL for account-payable activities; from the BILL, we will integrate all the AP bills into Intacct. This process is also very simple, and we don't see any issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
The overall experience in Sage Intacct is positive. If we need to make a few improvements, I can say that the audit trail details can be improved by providing an in-depth audit trail. Once the payment is applied, we will not be able to make any changes to Bill. For certain levels of access (admin), they should have access to edit and correct; this will save a lot of time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In our organization, we have multiple entities with multiple currencies, and we do global consolidations.Intacct is supporting multiple entities and providing a great result in global consolidation. The financial automation has helped us save more time while also providing very accurate financials to our clients. This has helped us to improve the net promotor score, and clients are very happy with the results. Intacct is very cost-effective and has different packages based on business requirements.

What do you like best about the product?
The first and foremost thing I love about intacct is it's User interface design which is very convenient and user freiendly. It is very simple and layman understandble thus implementation is easy as pie. Integrating the software with other tools such as reporting ERP SIMPL, Bill, Blackline etc. Customer support is one of best across all ERP software i have worked with. The software can be used frequently as in everyday usable software. The features offered by the intacct is not just accounting and reporting but also handling all accounting related entries in ease without reaching out for more support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Intacct does not have any disadvantages or I did not feel like disliking any of its features cause of its ease.

Intacct offers automatic posting of recurring entries which cuts down manual work every month.

General legder and Cash management is very user friendlly and time effective
What do you dislike about the product?
As a non profit user , grant/ project could be more simplified yet still not that hard to segregate all of the project by the particular period of time or length.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage intacct very convenient to use when reporting specific project revenue and expenses , crearting more attribute for journal entries for example income by location, grant, type etc.

Nothing to dislike but it can be improved if you can add more reports

It helps in creating vendors, provides us reports during reconciliations and to process multi-currency bills.

Rev recognition module for SaaS. Nothing else.
What do you dislike about the product?
Support is terrible. Sales people listen to you, show you all the bells and whistles and then when you push back on pricing, they sell you something that won't do what you asked for. They give you pages and pages of details on the sale in a tiny font that is very hard to dicipher. Long story short, you spend thousands of dollars for something that won't do what you wanted.
Reporting modul is terrible. Forget all those beautiful dashboards that they present on the website and in presentations, it is virtually impossible to get those.
So disappointing! Meetings with many people that at the end of the day, do nothing.
