Very intuitive and easy to use

I like the flexibility of the system and the fact you can customise almost everything

We are able to create and modify custom reports which present data as we require which makes month end reporting more quicker and simpler

What do you like best about the product?
My experience with Sage Intacct was great and what i liked most was how it automates and simplifies several reporting and accounting tasks.
I also like how it handles invoicing easily.
It's financial management and reporting features are great too.

What do you dislike about the product?
the only downside i would say is that we cannot see our AP Ledgers as just what is outstanding when we click on them.

What do you dislike about the product?
Whenever am out of the platform for quite some time, it really requires one to re-login. While doing this, lot of times wasted.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With sage intacct, it easy managing our accounts,customers,projects among other aspects. Ease keeping tracks of all reports and bills.
Sage Intacct Really Made A Difference
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful part of Sage Intacct is how easy it is to process or correct every aspect of it. The amount of time saved entering AP, AR & journal entries changed the game in our office.
What do you dislike about the product?
One downside for Sage Intacct, which is probably the same for most softwares, is that there is a lot of complicated steps in setting up how you want things to flow for your company. It might not be like that for all companies but for those who have set ups that aren't the standard, it is an adjustment to learning new lingo and where you need to go to format everything.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage Intacct is solving the issue of time management. Everything flows quicker and is easier to utilize for employees. Due to the ease of processing daily transactions, we are able to reduce errors.
