Best for Entry and Mid level Organisation
What do you like best about the product?
Interface and Ease of use. It is very user-friendly too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lag in the system. Prolonged Refresh rate and take ages to get the reports if the data is significant.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it to get customized reports for the management and to get the monthly financials for the company.

If you are looking for the best bucks for the money, then look no further. Sage Intact is the best software for Intermediate users. It is software that is very easy to use and can give you customized reports.

Great ERP For SaaS Tech Companies
What do you like best about the product?
Sage Intacct is a robust tool that meets our needs in all core financial areas. From a reporting and dashboard perspective, it's easy to build reports and visuals and this has significantly increased our visibility and ability to tailor KPIs, metrics and financials for different audiences. We've scaled our business with automation between Salesforce (CRM) and the Contracts module, which means we can focus on the strategic rather than the tactical.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like to see more customization capabilities on graphs (colors, resizing, dual Y-axis) similar to google sheets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've reduced our monthly close to 3 business days without increasing our headcount.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Sage Intacct is a powerful tool in the right hands. Our CFO has spent her career working on NetSuite before joining our Org. She's been very impressed with the level of reporting and high degree of accuracy we achieve with Intacct.

The way everything is organized on tables

I don't particularly appreciate that it does not allow the user to run two requests at the same time
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to check invoices for multiple clients at the same time and able to pull out different reports build up with the appropriate filters, no need to accommodate them manually

Try to be more patient in regards to the service order

What do you like best about the product?
The AP subledger and seemless drop down fields within the journal entries.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reconciliation automatch is a bit dated, and can use a few more scripting efforts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Sage Intacct to better serve our clients needs in implementation, but also integration to other systems. We mostly integrate with Coupa and Workday, on of the common competitors. The benefits of the ERP maintain bank transactions, and connections to a business in one place. The better reason to use this software is ease of storing data. It is difficult to get lost in the system.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
When doing integrations for Sage, please consider CrossCountry Consulting when running additional scripts, and codes. We will provide a strong connector for your software and I am an expert in providing time.

What do you like best about the product?
Sage Intacct has so many different functions to use, and reports to run to help better your business and services such as: Acconts Payables, Accounts Receivables, General Ledgers, and so much more! I quickly mastered the swiftness of the interface. You can use Intacct for many different projects easily separated in Intacct. I like how Journal Entries are so easy to keep up with. I came into my current position with little to no journal entry experience and not even a week into working in Intacct I feel confident about knowing all about journal entries. Intact has truly made coming into a new job easier!
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much to dislike about Sage Intacct! Competitors should watch their backs when it comes to user friendly accounting and financial services systems! I will say it was intemmidating at first to go into Intact and see the vast amount of tools to use. Little did I know how useful these tools would be on a daily basis.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving variances in the already determined budgets on projects. The benefits are that these reports are easy to access and fast to use. Keeping a balanced bank account comes easy with the built in bank reconsiliation tools. Setting up vendor accounts is a breeze, and Intacct helps make it easy to organize these vendors by allowing you to customize each vendor with their own unique vendor ID numbers. Paying bills is also an easier task than every before with just a couple clicks you'll never have past due invoices ever again!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend that you take your time to familiarize yourself with the layout of Sage Intacct's Dashboard. This will help you best navigate through all the tools faster when needing to use them on a daily basis. And if you ever have questions to ask for help at the help center.
