Efficient and cost effective
What do you like best about the product?
Call feaures and CRM Capabilities Sales Hub
What do you dislike about the product?
Seperate costs for additional products that can enhance Sales Hub Pro. I also dislike that I cant customize details. I alos do not like that when i send an email to somone on a contacts card, it creates a lead and i cant change that option. I would appreaciate a better integration with Square and Authorize.net

What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to set up my own templates, ans set sequences campaigns. It's very easy. The beauty is that I have full visibility to all the data from those campaigns. This way I can see and judge what works, what doesn't, and change my implementation as needed. My job is 100% prospecting, so I use this feature every day/
What do you dislike about the product?
Have not found any yet.....though I would love being able to track deals and extended history of deals per campaign

Everything a business needs with a single click
What do you like best about the product?
The organization is first class and easy to use. I can send out email blasts at intervals, without worry about emails being blocked or sent to spam. I can keep track of tasks and have all my activity in one place. I use it every day for all of my accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
The integration with PandaDoc is still a work in progress, but I imagine the normal bumps in the road with a new feature will be worked out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main benefit is having all of these sales tools in one place, easy to integrate and maintain.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that we are able to incorporate leads and lead views into the marketing to sales pipeline. It helps give clarity to how many leads marketing is handing off to sales.
What do you dislike about the product?
The leads view is not very dynamic and does not offer the flexibilities of, say, their dashboards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving our problems that we have with handing leads off to the sales team and tracking their activity from there.
Lightyears better than SalesForce
What do you like best about the product?
I started with a new organization that uses HubSpot as it's primary prospecting and sales tool and CRM. After primarily using SalesForce at several of my previous employers, this has been my first experience using HubSpot starting with my new, current employer; and I absolutley love it. It is by far the most intuitive, interactive, and effective sales tool that I have used in my 25+ years of sales and finance!
What do you dislike about the product?
It's hard to say anything that I dislike about hubspot as I have not had any issues using it yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Building and mnaintaining an active sales and proispecting list. The use of AI and HubSpots intuitive features have made this normally tedious task, quick and easy!
Review of Hub Spot CRM from a Sales Rep
What do you like best about the product?
I like the customization and automation aspects of Hub Spot the most. I can customize my own tasks to manually complete tasks and follow up with prospects or I can automate many of my functions with the handy tools such as the emailing template/email sequences.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only dislike I have for Hub Spot is the inability to change the color scheme/customize the dashboards. But I believe only the supervisors in the company are able to customize the dashboards. Maybe allowing us to customize personal dashboards would be a solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hub Spot allows me to keep track of and follow up with a very large number of prospects and clients.
The best CRM for all your startup needs
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Sales Hub is so much easier to use than other leading CRM's out there. It gives you easy access to information and the design of the platform is (for the most part) intuitive. Bonus points for the solid mobile app experience and rich library of integrations
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm still not the biggest fan of how leads are displayed, though the most recent update was absolutely massive in terms of growing in the right direction. I still don't feel deals and leads should live in separate tabs (at least give us the chance to move them)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a high velocity sales pipeline so it helps keep things moving and make sure no stone is left unturned

What do you like best about the product?
The features to help you stay organized and on top of your customers are top notch. I enjoy using the tasks features and the deals tab to make sure I am following up at the proper times to close deals and no one gets forgotten during busy season.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are outages or downtime which can be frustrating but it is not often.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Staying on top of my follow ups scheudle. A lot of customers would be forgotten or delayed in responding if it were not for Hubspots features and reminders.

What do you like best about the product?
not only does hubspot make everything centralized, but it also allows for a lot of processes to be automated. A great resource and time saver

theres nothing to dislike about a software that is so valuable when it comes to being efficient
