What do you like best about the product?
I like that it keeps everything related to sales in one place, making it easy to manage leads, deals, emails, and follow-ups. The automation features save a lot of time by handling repetitive tasks, while the clean interface and AI tools make daily work faster and more organized. I also like the improved Sales Workspace, real time reporting, and helpful features like pinned notes that keep important information easy to find.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest downside is the pricing, as many advanced features are only available in higher plans, which can get expensive as your business grows. I also notice occasional slowdowns in some features, but overall the platform works well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Sales Hub has solved the problem of managing sales across multiple tools by bringing everything into one place. Its automation, integrations, and easy onboarding have helped our team save time, stay organized, and make sure no leads or follow-ups are missed. The reporting and support also make it easier to track progress and keep everyone working efficiently.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how detailed HubSpot Sales Hub is and how I can search and filter so fast. I also love that it connects with Claude, as it makes my life easier by allowing me to have a simple conversation to get information about prospects, deal stages, and decision makers. The detailed data points support better integration with Claude. It's a great tool that I use every day, and the initial setup was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI could be less crowded.

Misleading Auto-Renewal Cancellation Flow and Overpriced Plans

What do you like best about the product?
Sales Hub has Forecast and Sequence capabilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overpriced offering with highly misleading cancellation flow for auto-renewal. We turned off a toggle, gave a reason for cancellation and landed a page that gave us an option for a call. We believed our cancellation was complete, but it was not. And HubSpot's Service team would not honor our intended non-renewal.

The option to create folders, so I can customize our business templates and easily have them uploaded.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could more easily split each email to half text half photo. Like left and right. I usually opt to making it in canva

What do you like best about the product?
The sales hub helps us organize our customers, segment this in as easy to use UI, easy integrations, excellent customer support, decent performance and a solid price tag on top of it all.
What do you dislike about the product?
Workflows and Automations can be a bit complication, but it comes with the territory. It's a powerful software, so it takes some learning. The AI (Breeze) is actually super helpful in building out templates as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customer retention, reachouts, segmenting, and data analysis.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the deals tab in HubSpot Sales Hub. It allows me to easily change the deal stage and track what pricing was discussed. This organized tab helps me manage several deals at a time, enabling me to quickly understand what was previously discussed and enter calls with limited preparation time by providing information at a glance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are bugs when I'm sequencing out contacts. If I'm sequencing several 100 contacts, and I select 50 to enroll them in the sequence and click to the next page, it will say that I'm on page two, but it still shows the contacts from page one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use HubSpot Sales Hub for managing customer relationships and tracking sales activities. It helps me keep track of my contacts, companies, and deals.

It helps me manage my sales workflow, and the email sequencing is fantastic for getting meetings onto my calendar especially if you already have a decent client list.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how thoughtful HubSpot is with data connections. HubSpot is also doing a great job with incorporating AI into the day-to-day and launching new features. I have worked in various CRMs and HubSpot continues to blow it out of the water. It is easy to use and customize per the user's preference. I also implemented many automations to streamline our workflows and efficiencies.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have many downsides. If I did, HubSpot has launched betas to address them. They seem to review their blog articles and our CSM has been attentive to running our needs up internally. I can see the cost of HubSpot can be a deterrent to some, but I feel you get what you pay for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Workflow automations galore. Data integrity. Everything in one system. It is glorious!

I like everything about HubSpot Sales Hub. As of now, I dont see any cons. Only pros.

What do you like best about the product?
The best feature of the platform is that it reduces manual work of the sales representatives by allowing them to automate follow-up emails, task reminders, and outreach sequences. This reduces manual work and helps ensure no lead is forgotten.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the most annoying feautures of the platform that I came across was cost increases significantly when adding users and unlocking advanced features.

Time is the most valuable thing while working a sales role. Sending emails and following leads may become overwhelming at times, which is when Hubspot Sales Hub helps by allowing us automate follow up emails reducing a reps manual work. The visual pipeline makes it easy to track deals through different sales stages.
