What do you like best about the product?
I like the amount of information that can be included to show all in one place to avoid switching between systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish the layout was a bit better for the information or there was a way to export the information better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of revene and Hubspot does that well.

It is a little hard to keep up with the new features and learn how to use them

Easy to use, gives you great flexability, like the summary for the business.
What do you dislike about the product?
When you change a task, it sets them all to a certain time, and you must go into each one afterwards and change the times. Too much extra work

What do you like best about the product?
The interface has changed quite a lot, and that’s one thing I don’t like anymore.

In the past there have been a lot of bugs while using the CRM for outreach, which is frustrating.

Even though I integrated the Fireflies notetaker, it’s still not working as expected.
What do you dislike about the product?
There should be an option to control what kind of contacts are created from the Gmail sales extension. It creates a lot of contacts that are personal or that I don’t want in the CRM, and then I have to go through them one by one to clean everything.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use hubspot to manage leads, prospecting and keep the data record of our customers.

What do you like best about the product?
Simple and intuitive interface with common automation pre-built for fast up time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The a la carte solutions/options are a bit tedious if you're not the admin and have to then get approvals for different feature sets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales Hub automates tasks like lead tracking, meeting scheduling, and email follow-ups, reducing manual effort and improving our productivity.

What do you like best about the product?
I've been using HubSpot for a while now, and it has completely transformed the way we handle marketing, sales, and customer service. The platform is incredibly intuitive, making it easy to manage campaigns, track leads, and automate workflows.

The CRM is top-notch—it keeps all of our customer interactions in one place, making follow-ups seamless. The automation tools have saved us so much time, and the analytics provide deep insights into what’s working and what’s not.

Their customer support is also fantastic! Whenever we’ve had questions, the HubSpot team has been responsive and helpful. Plus, their knowledge base and training resources make it easy to get the most out of the platform.

If you're looking for an all-in-one marketing and sales solution, I highly recommend HubSpot!

High Costs for Scaling – While HubSpot offers a free tier, its paid plans can become quite expensive as you scale, especially when adding premium features or increasing contacts.

Limited Customization – Compared to other CRM and marketing automation tools, HubSpot can be restrictive in terms of customization, making it less ideal for businesses with complex needs.

Disorganized Lead Management – It centralizes all contacts, conversations, and deals in one place, reducing the chances of leads falling through the cracks.
Inefficient Outreach – Sales Hub automates follow-ups, email sequences, and task reminders, saving time and improving engagement.

What do you like best about the product?
The possibility to easily track your contacts, setup marketing and emai lcampaigns and be able to cusomise the tool accoding to your needs. Great feature is also the easy integration into other applications like outlook etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Due to the large amount of possibilities, it can take a while to get your head around certain aspects. However, cusomter support always is there to help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mass mailing, keeping track of meetings and sales pipeline etc.

Hubspot is easy to use, easy to navigate and always online.

Hubspot has yet to show me its limitations and offers fantastic reporting capabilities in addition to a clean view of pipe and forecast.

What do you like best about the product?
The task system is the most important feature. It helps our SDRs stay on top of all the clients and never dropping the ball.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything I dislike too much. Sometimes when implementing a lot of advanced features, it's easy to mess a list up, but that's normally more user error.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping us manager all of our data for our business and it's keeping us organized so we stay on pace with sales goals, information, and helping us understand our clients better as well.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like how easy it is to use. The automation saves a ton of time, especially with follow-ups and reminders. The sales pipeline is well-organized, so it’s simple to track deals and see what needs attention. Also, it connects with other tools we already use, which makes everything flow better without a lot of extra work
What do you dislike about the product?
It can get expensive, especially for small businesses trying to grow. Some of the better features are only available in the higher-tier plans, which isn’t always affordable. Also, the reporting works fine, but I wish there were more ways to customize it to fit exactly what we need.

HubSpot Sales Hub keeps everything in one place, so we don’t lose track of leads. The automation saves time on follow-ups, and the real-time pipeline insights help us close deals faster. Plus, it makes teamwork between sales and marketing a lot smoother.
