What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to transcribe calls in HubSpot.

I dislike how the contacts page will refresh and rearrange the contacts

What do you like best about the product?
TrueDialog SMS integration, one-to-one and mass SMS directly inside Hubspot workflow. This is really a great feature enabling messages in the workflow.
Expanded Partner Integration, added an AI powered voice assistant for quicker resolutions.

What do you dislike about the product?
More flexible pricing, Better reporting and analytics, Simpler onboarding and UI for small teams would be the improvements for Hubspot sales.

it helps in lead management, marketing automation , email tracking
Hubspot streamlined our process and made it easy!
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Sales hub is user friendly. It allows for customization to fit the specific needs of the customer. it has numerous features that allow for simple workflows, and it is easy to implement. We integrated easily from sales force to HubSpot and it has been a much better user experience overall and the customer support is always there to help without jumping through hoops. We use HubSpot daily to help drive our decisions in the company.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside to HubSpot sales hub is the lead generation. I do wish there was a more simple way to differentiate a lead from a deal (similar to Salesforce) rather than going through the contact.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lead capture and generation, lead source, and tracking sales deals through the pipeline.

Customer email interactions being tracked is a huge bonus for a small company who relies on 1:1 interaction and engagement.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having trouble linking Mailchimp and non-hubspot forms. Not enough customization for accurate "Mailchimp qualified" leads.

Our current software does not provide and open CRM catalog.

I love the task reminders, the ability to log calls and scan business cards on the app.

Nothing that I can think of. It is easy to like.

It solves holding onto business cards and waiting to get to the office to enter data.
A great tool for any size business
What do you like best about the product?
We love the tracking and reporting aspect of Sales Hub in HubSpot. It was easy to setup, and easy to use in our operations each day. We have a lot of applications that are plugged into HubSpot that help feed date to different points, and this has been a core part of our customer journey workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
We haven't found any downsides to the software yet.

Keeping our full customer journey in one central location with reporting, tracking and automation of client accounts. It is saving us 100s of hours each month in what would be daily management/analytic tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Sales Hub empowers our small team to get the most results out of their work. Our sales are increasing, and users report enjoying the triggers and tracking they can utilize to keep them on track towards goals. Our marketing team uses the platform daily as a means to amplify the effectiveness of our sales efforts.

HubSpot Sales Hub can feel like a big financial investment for a small business or one that is just starting.

Marketing and Sales, primarily to message and track our clients and sales opportunities.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about HubSpot Sales Hub is the features to connect back with clients or even remind your team internally. It is amazing the reports it can generate when the right information is put in. Easy to use, implement, and integrate if your team is willing to learn. There is a learning curve your team needs to be open to doing. The online resources are great for learning. If your team is signed on and using it, it is easy to frequently use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was more help in how to integrate workflows. When I go to the HubSpot talks, they talk about workflow, but I was told to contact a consultant to help build the workflow. I feel like that is a huge downside. We have one quarterly meeting and it would be great to get more help, but also understand why that is not included. WISH IT WAS THOUGH :) I feel like customer service is more sales than it is service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping to streamline where we see our deals within our organization.

It's an easy interface to navigate and supoport is easy to find and clear to understand.

Nothing springs to mind - it's all good so far.

What do you like best about the product?
The software is user friendly, is able to capture email and call logs in real time. The onboarding process was seamless and I was able to join my workteam and see workflows with a problem. I have experienced any issues that require me to contact customer support yet, I suppose that shows how great the software is.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since usage from October, I haven't experienced any downsides that I can comment on.

Keeping track of all my leads and frequency of contact
