Efficient and Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
I really like using HubSpot because it offers an array of customization opportunities to meet my team's needs. Whether it's integration with various apps and platforms or building out my own workflows, it allows me to save time by cutting down on manual work and increasing automated functions.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that things on HubSpot tend to be too spread out which makes it challenging to find everything in one place. While the various dashboards are helpful in general, it can sometimes be annoying to try to find where certain functions are.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot solves a lot of problems by allowing us to use forms and digital tracking of various projects using it as a CRM

What do you like best about the product?
Long gone are the days of tracking various parts of the sales process on a multitude of different locations. Hubspot allows you to go from hunting an account all the way through to launching them and allowing you to document, track and analyse your process perfectly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that would make it better would be by having data such as phone numbers and emails as an option like an apollo type system.

Expensive. It can be difficult for smaller teams to adopt the platform due to its cost.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot makes it so easy to see the journey of your deals and all activity within them, so you can make the best sales decisions possible.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes within the pipeline, you have to be fairly manual about setting up child-parent relationship companies between companies and deals. Otherwise, all is good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows us to easily reach out to leads and nurture closed lost deals accordingly, as well as being a good way for us to forecast new revenue.
It's decent, good and user friendly
What do you like best about the product?
It's decent, good and user-friendly. Interface is also good.Good integration as well.

Loading a lot especially with multiple tabs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot is able to track all the email trails smoothly, and that's benefiting me when my CX is exploring something on my email.

Honestly, the only thing is the customer support can be tricky to reach. Besides that, nothing comes to mind

Pricing is little higher may be that they can reduce.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It automatically track my all my sales email, meetings and calls in one place. This helps me in time saving working under one platform, also i can see my sales analytics, deals pipeline revenue etc.

What do you like best about the product?
The fact that Hubspot provides a comprehensive solution for both Marketing, Sales and Operations is an excellent benefit for my team. It's comprehensive and easy to understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's one of the market leaders, so the pricing is pretty steep. Especially the addons which can bring up the annual package quite high.

A comprehensive source of truth for all of our sales initiatives. Before, all our information was scattered.
Great product and service
What do you like best about the product?
I have put multiple professional sports franchises on the HubSpot platform and highly recommend it. The ability to build no and low code integrations is critical to efficient deployment. Sales hub keeps our sales and partnership staff front and center with the tools they need a while providing leaders with the insights required to make critical business decisions.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only drawback can be that some of the pre-populated customer and company fields are not editable, but it's more of an inconvenience thank anything.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use HubSpot as our customer hub for all CRM and deal details. Being able to integrate all external data is quick and easy.
