What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot has been a total game-changer for how I manage my workload. As someone juggling multiple customer touchpoints and internal tasks daily, I needed a tool that wouldn’t just store data—but actually work for me.
HubSpot helps me stay on top of everything with minimal effort. I no longer waste time digging through emails, spreadsheets, or random notes. Tasks, follow-ups, and customer details are all organized in one place, and the automated reminders mean nothing slips through the cracks.
It’s easy to learn, easy to use, and honestly kind of addictive once you realize how much smoother your day can be. I save hours each week just by not having to chase down information or manually log activity.
If your workday is feeling chaotic, this is the kind of platform that brings structure without adding complexity. Highly recommend.

What do you dislike about the product?
While HubSpot is incredibly helpful overall, there are a few things that could be improved:
Limited customization in some areas – I’ve occasionally found myself wishing for more flexibility in customizing views or task filters to match exactly how I work.
Workflow setup can feel overwhelming at first – The automation tools are powerful, but getting everything set up the first time can be a bit of a learning curve.
Reporting feels restricted unless you upgrade – Some of the more in-depth reporting features are locked behind higher-tier plans, which can be frustrating if you're trying to get full visibility without scaling up your subscription.
That said, these are minor in the grand scheme of what HubSpot helps me accomplish. The time savings and daily organization it provides still outweigh the drawbacks.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the powerful automations and effective sequences of the HubSpot Sales Hub, which make my daily tasks much more manageable. The intuitive interface is another highlight, greatly facilitating the structuring and use of the Hub, providing a positive experience with a low learning curve. Additionally, the comprehensive dashboards and reports provide me with deep insights into my process, such as productivity metrics and sales forecasts. The integration with widely used tools like Gmail, LinkedIn, and Slack is extremely useful, keeping my workflow connected and efficient. I also value the native CRM, which complements the robust set of features of the HubSpot Sales Hub.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sequences and automations are restricted in the initial plans, costs increase as the team grows, and there is a dependency on the HubSpot ecosystem.

The HubSpot Sales Hub makes my daily tasks easier with powerful automations, analytical dashboards, comprehensive reports, and extensive integrations, reducing the learning curve thanks to its intuitive interface.
Quick and easy system to work on and learn
What do you like best about the product?
The system is very user friendly and easy to use. It also has a lot of features that are simple and easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside is when is goes down, which isn't very often and the problem is usually resolved right away.

It helps with assisting managers with job assignments.
Customizable, Efficient, and fast interface
What do you like best about the product?
The interface moves fast which I need with the pace of work and calls. I've used other CRM that have been laggy when more things are added. Plenty of features and customizations too with useful integrations. The phone app also works well for caller ID from clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how often the interface changes. It is maybe twice per year now which can be frustrating once I get comfortable with it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows great tracking of my own metrics and KPIs as well as of performance.
Best CRM By Far
What do you like best about the product?
The automation in HubSpot is fantastic and easy to use

sometimes it's a little bit difficult to input so much information just to add a contact or company

client management is so much easier than having lists and spreadsheets- everything all in one place makes organization and scheduling easy.

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to log emails, it is easy to track my clients, have all my information organized in one place, and it is very user friendly with the app.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that everything has to be added via contacts, that does make it annoying when people leave or move locations.

Making my CRM system more powerful, more useful, and honestly being a lot more user friendly when switching from free agent I have noticed a big difference.
Easy Setup but Needs Better Integration

I find HubSpot Sales Hub particularly valuable because it sends reminders to follow up with customers, which is a crucial aspect of my sales activities. This feature ensures that I can consistently engage with customers who haven't completed necessary paperwork, ultimately helping me maintain meaningful connections and driving the sales process forward. Additionally, I appreciated how easy the initial setup of HubSpot Sales Hub was, allowing me to get started without any complexity. The ease of use affirms my confidence in recommending this product highly, as reflected by my rating of 10 on a scale from 1 to 10.
What do you dislike about the product?
I often find that HubSpot Sales Hub never links everything correctly to update. This is particularly problematic as it connects to my PSA for sales but fails to update correctly for my customer. Additionally, I find the phone application cumbersome and it could be more user-friendly.

HubSpot Sales Hub helps me follow up with customers by sending reminders, though I face challenges with it not linking updates correctly to my PSA and customers.
