Hubspot Tasks Features

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot tasks are super helpful and organized. The quick options to toggle between whats due today, overdue and upcoming are all helpful for forecasting work loads. And their queues are super helpful for hammering through several tasks in a limited timeframe.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish there were options for other interfaces like a dark mode, for when working nights. Other than that, I have nothing negative to say about the interface, or the tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to organize tasks, assigned to contacts and companies, and quickly associate contact records to specific tasks, to keep an organized workflow, and a clean pipeline.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Hubspot is the best CRM out there, if you keep the tasks, contacts, meeting, and emails all properly associated.

When you do not associate these, it can be cumbersome, but with a little proactive work, you can keep it extremely clean, and it can help takecare of itself over time.

Hubspot keeps you on Task

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot allows me to organize my contacts and follow-ups in precise manner. The ease of use and navigation is a huge time saver.
What do you dislike about the product?
Importing data or lists from other sources is not easy or I have just not dug in enough to learn how to easily do it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like the activity alerts to see who is opening emails and what links they are clicking. This can help me plan out next steps strategically to maximize my time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
HubSpot is a great tool for small to large business looking for a user friendly CRM solution.

The best CRM system for a sales person

What do you like best about the product?
I absolutely love HubSpot crm system for so many reasons.Training the training is not about just how to use the system but valuable information on being a better sales person and better at emails, questions to ask my potential clients. This system keeps me organized, reminders to follow up and notes on emails, conversations etc.I do not think I would want to work for a company that did not use hubspot.
Transparency... important to see the progress of everyone in the company
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like when I use a queue for task and need to delete a contact it takes me out of my queue and I have to start over...
I wish there was a more efficient way of sending emails to large groups of prospects. For me letting prospects know of ad space deadline is a priority and one by one takes forever
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Training has been the best(my company has little or no training so this has been incredibly helpful
Organized I handle 6 magazines this keeps me on track for each publication and follow ups as needed

Convenient way to save templates

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can have access at the click of a button to all my best templates. These templates are formatted specifically for my prospects. Many of the times I need to send the same email to many people and it can be time consuming to go back in history to find past emails. This allows me to access them easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the fact that you have to pay extra to get live customer support. By that I mean on phone support with a real person. All I have right now is support via email chat bot. Which is a long process. Most questions I have to find the answers myself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am having difficulties with the CRM being slow sometimes and in the past had my contacts get mixed up. But the task list is great it keeps me organized. I do not forget to follow up with contacts. One thing I wish that it would do is give me a forecast outlook for how many task are assigned each day in the future so that I do not overload myself with work. When that happens I realize I can not get through everything and run out of time before the day is over to finish all of my work. It would be better if I could easily blink and see where I should push a task out to.

This is better then Salesforce

What do you like best about the product?
I love the convenience of the temples and deals dashboard to holistically see what's going on at any point! Templates are such a huge time saver for those messages I send again and again. I also love the Gmail connection, makes it super easy to drop in a template, document, meeting link, and schedule the email directly through Hubspot.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love if our Hubspot integrations (Wistia) worked a little more holistically rather than just on contact records.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has really helped solve the problem of keeping track of what my clients are doing at any given time- holistically keeping track of emails, calls, conversations, and clicks.

Consider what your business holistically needs rather than just basic features.

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to call, email with attachments or templates, schedule meetings at any level or opportunity a have everything together is awesome and makes prospecting time efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile app is a bit clunky and small on my phone

What do you like best about the product?
we can track the lifecycle of our customers so that we don't miss any details about our client and all marketing tasks can be done from this software
What do you dislike about the product?
tracking the users from non hubspot form is very compilicateed process otherwise it is very nice software

it contains diffrent modules like sales , marketing ,support etc.. from this modules we can solve all our workflow related problems

What do you like best about the product?
Unlike most CRMs, HubSpot has tools that actually get new highly qualified leads, not just managed the contacts you have.
What do you dislike about the product?
The marketing behind it. HubSpot's a big name, but no one really knows it outside the marketing world.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The CRM feeds from my mail activity, so I don't have to spend a lot of time keeping the CRM up to date. The eMail tracking tool is awesome, and the interface is pretty easy to use.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Get an expert to implement it for you. It's software and you're not going to fully exploit it without a good implementation. It's a matter of strategy and technical knowledge.

What do you like best about the product?
The upside of HubSpot is the tools and features that ensure a company is always ahead of customer leads and activities. I like the task management features on the platform that ensures that all emails are responded to. I also like the email integration features that allow users to achieve all their needs on one platform. HubSpot is also a great platform based on the custom properties and the fact that users can access a lot of beneficial features to suit their business marketing needs for free.
What do you dislike about the product?
HubSpot is composed of downsides such as the inability to integrate the platform with third-party software and tools. The platform also lacks in-built automation which requires users to constantly log on the platform and perform tasks manually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot has been essential in meeting our marketing and customer relationship management needs. The key benefit I have realized is based on the tasks management that ensures that all emails are responded to which is crucial for customer management.

What do you like best about the product?
The CRM is so easy to use and a recent update made it much easier to navigate through!
What do you dislike about the product?
I really do not dislike anything about Hubspot and the Hubspot CRM.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest benefit is helping my organization organize our contacts in one place and be able to do our contact management here.
