Hubspot pays for itself right away
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot provides a place to make calls from and track your follow up all in one application that has multiple platforms you can access your data from
What do you dislike about the product?
I have yet to find something I dislike that we have not been able to fix with our HubSpot account rep
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having Hubspot automatically track my follow up tasks has proven priceless, in the first month we had an account that might have slipped through the cracks place an order based on a Hubspot reminder

Versatile Tool for everyday Business
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite tool amongst all on HubSpot is sequencing. The best part about Sequencing is how versatile the tool is. I am able to conduct outreach to hundreds of prospects while I sleep and as many scheduled times as I want. The Sequence tool also enables me to stay organized, reporting on my progress and success using the tool. I use Sequences to also handle everyday outreach, such as follow-ups in all forms. Their recommendations are expert advice that I always review and use. Overall HubSpot is super user-friendly, and I recommend it to all business owners. Small or large, HubSpot changes the way you engage with your clients, in a very positive and 2020 way. They are changing the game; see for yourself.
What do you dislike about the product?
HubSpot CRM should be more flexible with their small business pricing model. It should be more customizable to suit each business; getting to know your client is important in upselling them on new features. Grovara LLC would have been subscribed to the full Marketing feature if it had been priced fairly to us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Timely follow-ups, reporting, and organization.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Even if you have 10 clients, you need HubSpot CRM. You will not regret it. Taking the first step to creating and learning how to use HubSpot is so easy you can do it with your eyes closed.
Best CRM i have ever used
What do you like best about the product?
I like its automated functions and the fact that basically i have only to modify few little things and i really love when i receive email reading notifications
What do you dislike about the product?
I DON'T DISLIKE ANYTHING ABOUT THIS INCREDIBLE APP
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Every problem related to email list, email reading, adding contacts etc...it's really amazing and basically it's free

Work Smarter
What do you like best about the product?
The user interphase is extremely easy to work with - very natural and enhances my day-to-day job performance. Using the technology to leverage job functionality has benefits beyond what I am able to find the words to accurately describe -- I have more time to find and manage more leads, I have access to real-time data of outbound communications and I have the ability to make changes to better improve the quality and relevance of information shared with prospects and customers alike.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a lot of alerts that are un-necessary and/or I do not know how to properly edit alerts. Ex. the same email can be opened and re-opened endless amounts of time for days and weeks after the email is sent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem solved is knowing when/if the email is received and opened - that is huge but is only the surface. Using the reports one can test and try alternate messaging to improve results which I think is beneficial to the recipient in that they are receiving higher valued messaging -- which feedback to enhancing the perception of being a higher valued service provider.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is a great product/service if you are new to CRM - if you are a true beginner like me this will have an immediate impact on your productivity as well as leads and lead managment.
Sequences are AMAZING
What do you like best about the product?
It freaking automates my outreach! It also helps keep me on track with who I need to follow up with.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could make changes to a template within the sequence. And with multiple users, sometimes sequences get messed up (IE. someone clones something but it somehow ruins my templates)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As stated before, automation is awesome. I have actually never used a system that did that before.

Just do it.

What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to send emails so easy to new prospects. It makes outreach so much easier when you deal with as many clients as I do.
What do you dislike about the product?
This could make the experience much easier. If you're sending it to multiple clients it would be nice to be able to set a default time and date so you don't have to change it for every single client, this would save a huge amount of time. Everything else I think is great for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Like I said earlier, I love using the sequences to help me with outreach. Saves me so much time. I also like having all of my contacts and to be able to reference all of the contacts quickly is amazing.

It is a great CRM, the best one that I have used so far.
Hubspot makes it super easy to keep on top of reaching out!
What do you like best about the product?
The sequences make my job so much easier. I have over 100+ customers in my pipeline so to keep track of who to email next is a nightmare without Hubspot!
What do you dislike about the product?
I have to pay more to add multiple emails to a sequence at once. The price isn't worth it to me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I learned reach out tips through the Hubspot Academy. This was very beneficial and I know that I got more responses using these techniques. Its also much easier to track what IO's we have run with what customer.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Hubspot works very well if you have a lot of customers and need to be organized. Especially if your main point of contact is through email.
Lead Sync is Great
What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to use and user frindly. I have used it for 2 months and didn't face any problem.
What do you dislike about the product?
In Hubspot crm everything is awesome but sometime it takes too much time to fetch the data. May be it can be because of my internet spees, i am not sure.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using hubspot for my Facebook leads sync and it is really working awesome. I am getting my leads instantly.

It is too good and very useful specially is sync of leads which I have used.
Sequences - awesome new tool!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the design of HubSpot and how easy it is to navigate. It's super user-friendly and a great way to collaborate with my team. The new sequences tool has not only saved time emailing prospects but also help us clean up our data by triggering a task once the sequence is finished to sort the contact into an appropriate list. I created static lists like 'Replied, Hot Lead', 'No Response', 'Bounced', 'Multiple opens and clicks', etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
While it is nice to click through contacts when enrolling them into a sequence (making sure tokens are correct), it is a tedious task when enrolling a larger list. I would also love to see the system integrate more with other email servers. I am unable to use an email alias, or send from someone else on our team because we do not use Gmail.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to narrow lists down to the hottest leads and make emails/content more personalized to them. The sequences are also a great way to A/B test messaging. If I ever have a question or need help, the support team is punctual and thorough.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is an easy, user-friendly system with great customer service. There are also tons of blogs, templates, and other downloadable resources that super valuable to have.
Hubspot is a game changer/life saver
What do you like best about the product?
I love how intuitive Hubspot is and how I was able to hit the ground running with it.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is some downtime from time to time. It is worth it to us because we love Hubspot so much.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to reach a lot of people with a lot less work. Managing more accounts/contacts is a lot easier with Hubspot.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
There are a few other programs out there and Hubspot is definitely the easiest and most effective one I have used in more than a decade of sales/marketing. Sequences are fantastic. It is a lot more intuitive than Infusionsoft and SalesForce.
