I have recommended, and do recommend!
What do you like best about the product?
They offer their basic service for free and now the email marketing for 2000 emails a month - FREE. It's a highly useful tool for keeping contacts organized and tracking the progress of the sales flow with them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly. There isn't anything that that I don't like about HubSpot. I think they came in and gave Salesforce a run for their money!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It manages all of my contacts, keeps track of the sales process, and allows for the email marketing to increase sales.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is your best (quality) choice, especially when cost is a factor in the decision. Not only that, but they obviously care about helping business grow by offering certain functionalities for free when competitors had been charging for even these few tasks within their software before HubSpot came along. Thanks HuubSpot!!
Excellent CRM tool for all levels of business.
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of HubSpots CRM tool, but by far my favorite thing about the product is the excellent customer service.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to export your entire client list is a bit of a bummer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using this CRM is is very easy to teach other people how to utilize it as well to track clients.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Don't be afraid to contact customer support regarding any questions you have. I have had great experiences in the past with them!
HubSpot Shows All My Leads Beautifully
What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to see all my applications and completed deals from my ad campaigns all in one place - it's great to be able to compare quarter to quarter as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our company HubSpot manager would have more feedback on dislikes - but I currently dislike I'm only able to pull in 3 ad sources on the Ads display.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're solving issues in our pipeline of when clients are brought in via a particular lead source, leave and return organically to fill out our application and being able to attribute to the proper deal source than the final resulting source.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I'd highly recommend it to anyone trying to track their leads effectively at any point in their sales pipeline who is having issues currently doing so.
Great Program
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot allows me and my team to keep all of our contacts in one place and make sure we never miss a customer.
What do you dislike about the product?
Program is great! Have yet to run into an issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to better organize emails and contacts. This has allowed us to reach all of our customers and better take care of them.

Great program. Integration is key for this to operate smoothly.
Amazing Product to keep track of everything!
What do you like best about the product?
I LOVE Hubspot. It is a great product to keep track of all information from the moment the lead is captured all the way through onboarding and property management.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price -- unfortunately it is very costly once you get into having multiple users within the interface. The basic models are much more reasonably priced, but your actions are limited at that price point.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
"dropping the ball" has been reduced. It was very difficult for us to keep track of everything during the lead capture and nurture stage.

Its really simple to use and has a very great UI and workflow

I currently don't have any issues with the CRM.

I use it for my team to track their calls, meetings, and marketing efforts. We then use the data stored in here for our weekly team updates.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
IF you are starting out, Hubspot is great to keep track of your daily tasks and meetings. They have great pricing and even special deals for startups.
Great Insights and Updated Materials
What do you like best about the product?
It's always good to be part of the trainings from Hubspot specially because of the insights we get during the training and after finalising and get the chance to see our mistakes and also where we could improve it makes me urge to learn more about the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the exercises could be more interactive and with more trainings on updates from HubSpot, I feel that with so much updates we should be able to see it all in one single video and also something related to new features on the CRM..
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been learning a lot with HubSpot, got more professional quotations sent to our customers and the benefit if amazing, once you start dealing with the reports that we are able to have on the CRM we have more insights for new marketing strategies.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use it, and make the most out of it. If you are not satisfied get in touch, you can do most of the implementation by yourself but once you have done the basics you need a support closer to you.
Robust CRM with strong customer service
What do you like best about the product?
This is the first time that our organization has invested in a CRM as complex as HubSpot, so it has been very helpful to have HubSpot's strong customer service team helping us along the way. There has been a lot of learning on our side, but we know that either HubSpot will help us out or we're likely to find what we need in the community resources. We've also launched a marketing email strategy for the first time, which is very exciting and gets our name out into the world more, and the tracking of our sales team's emails is such a positive improvement.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some out-of-the-box contact and company property features that haven't worked well for us, but they aren't something that you can change. For example, it is not helpful for us that companies are automatically created and default to a contact's email address--people who work at regional affiliates of larger companies often have the email address of the parent company, but we really only want to focus on the regional locations.
Another challenge we've had is the integration with Outlook. As a healthcare institution, we have high levels of security, and most of our contacts do as well, and so HubSpot and Outlook have had a pretty hard time integrating.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot is helping us better define what our internal funnel is, and it's also providing the argument and the tools to solidify some steps of our sales process with other internal departments. We are becoming more transparent with our strategies within the department because we need to input and use that information in HubSpot, and it's helping us recognize ways that we could work more efficiently with other departments in the organization.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely take advantage of the onboarding and the lessons. It's helpful to be able to talk to someone, and then you have to learn by actually trying things out.
Robust, Resourceful, and Easy to Use!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how much information is available to help me succeed. Not only is their platform robust and simple, but they go a step further to show me the best ways to utilize all of the tools available to me. There's training on how to use their software, but then there's training on Marketing practices overall, and how their tools help you to achieve marketing success.
In the software, much of the tools are pre-loaded by HubSpot to help me get started and see examples that I can take and customize. This offers me the ability to use more of their tools than I might have felt comfortable venturing into on my own, but HubSpot makes it easy.

What do you dislike about the product?
One thing is the contacts portion. I would love the ability to have my HubSpot contacts synced through my iOS device so that I can recognize incoming calls.
I don't much care for the files database. It seems a little quirky, and there are some other little bugs/quirks in the software, but that's to be expected when you offer so many features of a product is that bugs and quirks can happen. That's why they rely on feedback channels to identify areas of improvement, and updates are constantly being made.

Automation is the biggest win with HubSpot. We deploy several systems in our business and HubSpot has the ability to share and collect information between each of them easily with the use of the API.
In addition, we have utilized both sequences and workflows to keep information flowing, up to date, and consistent throughout our Deal stages and customer experiences. It's a game-changer.

This platform is an ecosystem. It's not just a stand-alone product. That in itself is a reason to move forward with HubSpot as your CRM. There's not another CRM that can offer a robust system, professional training, and support the way HubSpot can.
Excellent Card Scanner
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of operation. After my many trade show attendance I am able to flawlessly upload numerous business cards to my hubspot crm
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. It is so easy and does not require any additional fidgeting or task, just snap the card with your iphone and it take abt 20 seconds to upload.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving time! I save on average 1-2 hours of regular upload time. This allows for more time selling my company's products and service.

Try it, it is so easy and saves so much data entry time! Wonderful!
