Easy to Use CRM to Power your Business

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot excels at pipeline management. The visual drag-and-drop interface makes it easy for managers to see deal progression at a glance, while customizable stages and fields allow us to adapt the system to our unique workflows. The integration with Marketing and Service Hubs ensures we have a single source of truth for customer data, which is critical for alignment across go-to-market teams.

Automation is another major strength. With sequences, workflows, and automated reminders, our account managers spend less time on repetitive admin and more time focusing on partner engagement. This has helped us scale consistent processes across a global team without sacrificing flexibility.
What do you dislike about the product?
As our business has scaled globally, we’ve also found data management more challenging. Deduplication and large-scale bulk updates could be more seamless, and the permission model doesn’t always give us the granular control we’d like for different teams and regions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales pipeline management, conversation tracking and relationship management

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use even for the most non-tech saavy team members.

There's ALOT happening on the platform. Maybe it's just the appearance, but perhaps a little "gentler" user interface

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Sales Hub brings everything I need into one place from tracking deals and managing pipelines to automating outreach and logging communication. What I like best is the visibility and organization it gives me. The clean interface, integrated email tracking, and customizable dashboards help me stay on top of every opportunity and focus more on selling, not admin. It’s a huge time-saver and keeps the entire sales process streamlined and efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
While overall it’s a great tool, a few areas could be improved. Some advanced features feel locked behind higher-tier plans, which can be limiting for growing teams. Reporting can also feel a bit rigid unless you build custom reports, which takes extra time and know-how.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Sales Hub is helping solve the challenge of staying organized and consistent across a fast-moving sales process. Before using it, managing leads, follow-ups, and deal tracking across multiple tools was messy and time-consuming. Now, everything is centralized from contact data and email tracking to task reminders and pipeline visibility. This not only saves me time but also helps me stay on top of every opportunity and close deals more efficiently. It’s also improved team collaboration since everyone has access to the same real-time data.
