HubSpot - it's Far more than CRM
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is more than just CRM it's a great platform that aligns marketing, sales and customer success teams. From a sales perspective it's native website visitor tracking, lead notifications help deliver leads to the desktop/inbox of my sales team. The lead staging (MQL-SQL-Opps) makes it super easy to manage the funnel above the sales team and collaborate with marketing to drive those active engaged leads to sale. This is the first CRM I have used that helps sales people achieve results by adding insight into their contacts and reduces admin and repetitive tasks. As a sales manager the deal collaboration, playbooks, call recording and transcripts is second to none. This allows me to help my sales team succeed! Gone are the days of inaccurate forecasts because we are all working together from the same information with the same methodology.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the past (Pre-covid) I was often on an airplane and would like the ipad/iphone app to be capable of storing contact/company and deal info offline. Currently this is not an issue!

Better visibility of top of the funnel leads marketing are engaging.

Easy and Intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to add companies, contacts and deals into the CRM. Adding email and call notes is a convenient way to keep track of where you are in the sales process with a prospect.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sort of a blessing and a curse with how many different tools there is to use, figuring out what works best for you can be overwhelming, but it is a good problem to have I suppose.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
streamlining our sales process, being able to track deals through the pipeline and get analytics on our processes.

What do you dislike about the product?
There is very little to dislike in this feature-rich free-forever CRM solution! We look forward to seeing additional feature enhancements in the mobile app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. Keeping track of our contacts: customers, leads and suspects - especially in these pandemic times when business activity has reduced significantly

If you are a small or medium business that needs to manage its sales and contact management processes in a systematic manner with an easy to deploy and use platform, there is no other solution to look at. Plus it is 100% free.
Beautiful Updated Interface, Lots of Use Cases
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of the products - my favorite product is the sequence tool
What do you dislike about the product?
The price jump from the starter to the professional license. I also need the ability to upload in mass and don't have that feature. My company is still setting up our account though. It's a lot of understand how to use it as well
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to email + track our correspondence with our clients. LOVE that it connects to your email as well. We will be tracking all clients and client messaging within the platform - easy for anyone to look back at client notes which is helpful if someone was to leave or we are working cross-team
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Talk to a sales agent and get trained - it makes the interface a lot easier to use!
Excellent value CRM software with an easy to use User Interface
What do you like best about the product?
Very fluid user interface. Easy to find features in the system. Uploading in exiting data through spreadsheets is also seamless. Their pricing model (free) for startups is very appreciated - you can take advantage of a number of features without any financial investment. Their email template builder is very rich and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not encountered anything technically negative about their product. For a small startup using their services it would be nice if they had lower price points where you could customize the features you get. For example removing branding from emails for a specific fee.

Excellent email marketing and tracking of recipients.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you have other business software, take a look at their API capabilities. We integrate our internal processes with their API to streamline customers / contact information.
Clean interface, easy to use!
What do you like best about the product?
Hubpsot has a very clean, easy to read look about it. Organizing client information and task-work is a breeze. I have all of the needed capabilities for providing quality service in one "hub" lol. Love it!
What do you dislike about the product?
Email notifications. I suppose I could try harder and modifying the notification schedule, but still, I feel there are a lot of unnecessary emails. If I assigned myself to a task, I don't necessarily need an email stating that I've been assigned to a task. I feel that's more of a requirement if/when someone else assigns me to a task.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Daily organization of work. HubSpot reminders are especially helpful when you're managing a large client base and forget about a small, but crucial task that needs to be completed.

HubSpot CRM is great for organizing daily activities while managing a large client base.

Great Service, Great Content
What do you like best about the product?
Everytime I reach out to their customer service, I can always get an immediate answer. They also provide other resources from their site to help answer any other questions I may have. HubSpot Academy is great also, great place to learn almost anything. Looking forward to leveraging all of their content in the future.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only true complaint I have, is that their lead capture is a set form. If Hubspot were to allow for custom fields within their mobile app, that would be incredible. Trade Show data would be so much more manageable if it were to go directly into HubSpot rather than using an integrated app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automated Workflows, Landing Pages, Lead Capture, Contact data are all managed in one place and it's very easy to set up. If I couldn't figure it out on my own, I was able to go through their customer service who would be able to give me an answer.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you can afford the Enterprise, go for it. Consulting is also an incredible tool, glad I have access to that team.
Hubspot is simply the best tool for sales prospecting and demand generation
What do you like best about the product?
It's almost what don't I like. Everything is well laid out. It's very simple to use. It integrates to LinkedIn and ZoomInfo so you have most of what you need to find leads and prospect. They're constantly improving it and adding new features which are included with the basic free license. I recommend the Sales Starter which is only $50/month and gives you most of the features you need.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like the ability to be able change a contacts associated company from one to another. You have to go through a bunch of clicks to do that. Also I'd like for flexibility in how you can add or change a contact's email address. I'd like more options in how you organize your tasks and have a little more automation in that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a business development professional, my role in the company is to find new leads. Most of my efforts are focused on outbound - emailing and calling. Hubspot makes this process very easy as long as you have the integration to LinkedIn Navigator and ZoomInfo.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Start out with the free version and try importing some leads. Start sending emails and try the call application. It's pretty easy to set up.

Hubspot CRM is positively used for devising and implementing the plans that are needed for sponsorship gathering and step wise walk towards the aim of getting higher position in career and success. The automated scoring of required and standard leads can be done and engaging with the present and future outcomes can also be observed and corrected accordingly. It channels the actual content and reduces gap between worker and dealer. The responses regarding deal breaks and future partnerships can also be taken and categorical illustration of customers with agencies can be maintained. The better forecasts regarding the chart of upcoming craze can also be hypothesized.
What do you dislike about the product?
The points that makes it tiring and misleading are that it consumes a lot of time during photo pasting and sharing. The product index needs to be displayed for better understanding for audience and interested fellows. It does not offer organization of assets and expenses which are the part of business sides and are the important thing in it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot CRM is considered fine and better programming application for increasing the figures of companies interest and support. It is constantly changing with time and leading towards the right choice for next developing traders and investors. If a person is thousand miles apart, he can still get in touch with his office and know about the next deals and projects.

I can suggest hubspot CRM for evolving enterprises and firms. Hubspot CRM is required for those traders with advancing and promoting abilities.
