Functionality, intuitive, easy to learn and easy to manage

no A/B testing and workflow ease. Both of these features would be amazing

Outbound volume. We have to send emails as a sales team to act as marketing, this allows us to do so and stay organized

The well thought out approach. It is obvious that a tremendous amount of work went into the process flow.
What do you dislike about the product?
Well it is not a dislike but there is so much functionality that you can get lost in the weeds. It is important to keep your goals in mind and review them periodically so you don't get distracted with all of the bells and whistles.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Well the system is designed to force your hand in defining your processed. This is true of the entire organization. We have to analyze not only our specific roles but how we support each other as well. This is a great lesson but can tough initially especially for a new company however the effort pays off immediately.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot Sales Hub is the best apparatus used by the employees who are working in the Sales department. The features of this tool is too good to be true. You can create a buyer persona, update a lead stage, customer life-cycle stage, add a call log, set call outcome and even create a follow up task.
Not only that, if you are a sales manager, you have numerous dashboard for reporting. You can check your team performance, check goals vs achieved targets report, daily team activity and check the number of calls made in a day, week, month, etc.
Hubspot Sales hub gives you an advantage of making free calls and emails to your leads. And I just love their support team efficiency, they give you 24/7 chat assistance if you are stuck in any point.

What do you dislike about the product?
Initial migration to Hubspot was little challenging. This was because all CRM tools are different. It takes around 2 - 3 days to get used to the tool. 'Create a new property' option solved most of my migration issues.
My Hubspot account manager was with me throughout (virtually). Support team constantly gave me tips and showed workarounds. All issues were resolved within few hours.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In my previous organization, we had a database of around 5,000+ active leads with 25 sales members. It was becoming difficult to manage so many leads and track sales performances. Hubspot Sales Hub solved all these problems.
Weekly reporting became automatic and saved a lot of time before sales calls. Individual sales performance can easily be traced for incentives and bonus calculations.

Easy to Use for Tracking
What do you like best about the product?
It didn't take me very long to learn the software. It's very intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any major complaints. It was better than other CRMs I have used.

Tracking sales progress and development of leads for our company.
Easy to use and everything you might ever need!
What do you like best about the product?
Really easy to use and functional. Makes managing sales very easy. Customer service were also amazing, and very responsive if you have any problems. Full view on so much so great to have all the customer information and history in one place. The ability to have read notifications from emails is invaluable during the sales process. Having my calls made and saved against the contact, deal and opportunity is invaluable for future development in my sales career.
It is also very easy to run and view reports, this makes reporting easy and not time consuming. It is also very easy to share and collaborate with teams.
Support was also top notch from on boarding and tests to real time issues with things- you are never far away from finding an answer and Hub Spot set the standard for customer service.
In addition there are a host of plug ins and apps which can be made us off.

What do you dislike about the product?
Cost, its is not cheap and there is value in what you pay for- but you will need to invest money. If you are not prepared to use the system to the fullest extent you may get bitten on price.
In addition some of the apps for integration are charged and there is a marketplace/appstore in the platform- would be amazing to give some of these as a part of the license and none of them are essential for the CRM to function.

it's the most user friendly CRM and efficient CRM I've worked on.

Hubspot - a Creativity Hub
What do you like best about the product?
Like almost everything about Hubspot. Ease of Use, templates. Hubspot blogs are my personal favourite.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as such as of now to dislike in Hubspot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using it for email Campaign, CRM, Landing Pages.
HubSpot is far and away the best CRM for my business, but an even better learning tool

The HubSpot academy changed the way I viewed sales and marketing for the better and made it incredibly easy to implement concepts into my day-to-day.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a little buggy sometimes. But for a CRM that is constantly evolving and strengthening, this can be expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot helped me see a problem I never knew I had. I am now able to rely on clear data on who my customers are and what they need. Gone are the days where I'm sending out blast emails to everyone in my database to see who's interested in my new product. I'm segmenting my audiences and I have a strategy for every buyer persona in by CRM.
