Stunning program
What do you like best about the product?
The entire functionality of the system, simple operation and quick access to your own data in connection with team goals and their graphical representation. In addition, I like the function that all correspondence with a customer is secured, so I can see what was discussed at any time and also see whether the customer has already had time to look at the cover letter or offers. The function of creating entire briefs and quotation templates also makes my work considerably easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI could be a bit more up to date, it should have a fresher look.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can be much more effectively do my job, be closer with customers, and quicker in reaching my goals than before.
Hubspot - Sequences
What do you like best about the product?
Knowing which leads are already in a sequence, being able to see what kind of results the sequences are giving, I also love it that you can really quickly add prospects to a sequence with just a few clicks.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I enroll a lot of contacts on a sequence I can't choose on which time schedule to send the emails. They will be put in a queue but then it happens the emails are being send 24/7, even on weekends and holidays. It's too bad you can only choose in the beginning on when the contact batch will begin, but not all of them.
It also puts our newsflash on hold since it's put together in the same queue, like today the newsflash was send during midnight instead of during the day.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Nurturing leads, having a good sales funnel. I've gained a lot more demo's and signups from the sequences then I thought it would give me.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You need to check with your devs if you can implement Hubspot into your website. It's not a copy paste of some codes, it's really a hassle to change anything on your website later on when you have Hubspot integrated.

What do you like best about the product?
Their is simply nothing like it. You can make contact with so many more leads in a very short time, and best of all everything is super organised. Really easy to use too
What do you dislike about the product?
Genuinely nothing to dislike! Everything is really user friendly
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest thing for me is having everything organised and in one place and being able to keep track of deals and lead correspondence. Also, being able to track emails and see how many times they have been opened and by who is super useful

I am solving our automation problem because we're able to pump out quite a lot of sequences, as well as being able to filter contacts in order to make sure no one falls through the cracks.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot templates are super helpful. They help save a ton of time typing out or copying and pasting emails. The system is also very simple and easy to use and very easy to stay organized. I also love that I can link hubspot to my email and see when people open and view emails. It makes it easier to target certain people and clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have used a few different CRM systems and Hubspot has been the best so far. The only thing i dislike is when the system has certain technological issues, however, that happens with any CRM.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me stay organized and keeps me up to date on my goals. It helps me benchmark my activity and project where my business is going. It has everything I need in it to work fast and efficiently. There are so many useful tools that help save time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I highly recommend getting HubSpot. It is very easy to use and saves alot of time. It gives you the ability to have everything you need in one location.

The contact management. There could be significant improvement on the list building features.

Using HubSpot Sales has made our business development and sales process seamless and streamlined. We can actively reach out to thousands of individuals on weekly basis.
Best tool to keep my sales funnel organized!
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is a user-friendly platform, intuitive and robust. I like that I can keep all of my contacts organized and create custom fields to label everyone accordingly and keep track. I always know what stage a lead is in and can continuously update my notes, tasks, reminders, value of the deals and next steps.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could edit the fields from the main view instead of having to load the whole profile. In other words it would be cool to be able to do quick edits from the list view.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can always keep track of my leads and know exactly where they are as far as making a decision. We can keep our contacts organized and upload new prospects with custom fields. I like that we're able to segment and label all of our prospects.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Just do it! It's going simplify managing your prospects and allow you to have a handle on your marketing and sales efforts.
Powerful tool for business development in these COVID times.
What do you like best about the product?
The mass emailing opportunity as well as the customer service! We're in the hustle times and it's great to have a tool where we can easily reach out to our new market and make sales.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be interesting to see who is in the queue for sequences, for example - who is emailed each day? As well, if an email bounces, it would be cool to have the system automatically disqualify the lead.

The consistent messaging, central database for mass business development.

Easy-to-use, great for mass emailing and manages the content of those emails really well. And the emails sent outcome out clean and not looking like spam.

We would love to see more adaptability in some key areas of contact owners...but Hubspot has helped us despite that.

We are able to manage the number of strategic personalized connections with our contact and companies. This is allowed us to better manage our team as weel.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Dedicate a support team on your staff to manage the CRM. The support from Hubspot is amazing, but dedicating a team locally has helped personalize the CRM to local needs.

What do you like best about the product?
The automation of email sending, better use of time and efficient email sending while you keep doing your daily duties in a very effective automatic send-outs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would definitely recommend obtaining daily reports of sent emails and contacts that opened the emails with all their contact information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have solved the huge amount of prospecting contacts and we have accelerated the delivering of different sequences, increasing productivity for email marketing campaigns and reducing the times significantly.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Everything is perfect but it would be fantastic to design templates from scratch including more visuals, colors, more like marketing style.
