One-Stop Shop for your CRM Needs

What do you like best about the product?
The best part about using HubSpot Sales Hub is the ease of use and understanding. It is straight and simple and also very easy to navigate through features. I am also able to do my activities straight from the hub and place calls that automatically get logged. The email tracking feature is something I use almost all the time and help me understand which prospects have opened my email and who has not. Also, I can insert attachments and view who have opened it and have spent how much time through every page, giving me the intelligence on what have they spent time on.
What do you dislike about the product?
The way the sales task sequence work. If I start the queue, it will also show the tasks which are listed for the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For a start-up like ours, the Sales hub does everything we want. We not only can manage our sales activities but also track the deals through different stages and also create dashboards for different views.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I think this is HubSpot Sales Hub is all that you want when you are a small company (Start-up or SMB) before you migrate to probably Salesforce. It has all the features you need, simple and easy to use. I have used other CRMs that tend to have problems and issues, where you end up contacting the support all the time. This is a very well managed, balanced, and maintained product to use.

What do you like best about the product?
Usability is amazing and friendly, not clunky at all. A big named blue CRM that I always used to use was very corporate and enterprise, I felt it was built for the company whereas hubspot seems like it is built for both the user and the company. The fact that sequences lives within hubspot is amazing, saves us using an external tool. Also the deal and pipeline and dashboard management is the easiest I've ever used.
What do you dislike about the product?
When uploading contacts and companies sometimes it auto populates fields and changes company names to LTD for example which is annoying. Sometimes I feel like hubspot does too much, there's so many things you can do within it that it might be complex for some people or hard to know what features you need and what you don't need. We are still figuring this part out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's our bible for sales and customer success. All sales activity goes through HubSpot. Email tracking is amazing. Sequences are great. Templates and snippets are really good as well, normally I'd use a 3rd party tool for these but it's handy that it all lives in one place with your CRM.

The UX is awesome exactly what every business needs to stay on top of clients and not lose track of where they are at in the process.

that my team doesn't use it enough,
we should be in here 8 hours a day.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the way all emails sent through hubspot are tracked in real time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that I can't filter by activity date in the activity listing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The email system really makes it easy to know who opens your emails and clicks through links.

Very powerful CRM / Easy to Use

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of navigation, ability to enroll in sequences, and automate email quickly. I like the ability to chat with the support representatives in an easy chat solution. We use the landing pages tool quite often, it is great that we can use our domain name.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of advanced features / inability to personalize some features. I would also like it to be easier to track the users on our site and see a heat map of where they are clicking/visiting. The inability to mass delete duplicate contacts that are created by the same email. I also would like to see a stronger/easier to use (drag & drop) landing page editor. We are using a couple now but it took quite some time to work with the support to have it done.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have reached out via email to potential customers in our sales pipeline and have added 14-16 new customers each year. In general, the CRM is a bit messy and needs to be organized a little better.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I suggest creating a drag and drop editor for the landing page. I also would like to see a larger screen for viewing the contacts. The new update makes the contact / company listing half the page and its hard to see when scrolling through our own contacts. Other than that I am quite happy. The deals, sales, and dashboards are all very helpful for our sales team to date. I appreciate HubSpot. this is our second year using it.

A very handy sales tool

What do you like best about the product?
Simple, easy to use and very very handy. Especially in terms of outreach to a larger audience. These are features I hadnt seen or explored even in tools like salesforce

The sequence is what I love about hubspot considering I have had such a hard time keeping track of email follow ups before hubspot.

Given a chance I would love to breach the daily limit of 1000 one to one emails that can be sent using a template or a sequence:)
What do you dislike about the product?
1) Email tracking feature can sometimes be misleading. If I open an email from my sent items (sent to a prospect), Hubspot alerts me as if to say that the prospect opened the email.
2) Hubspot alert stating "someone opened your email". I understand the limitations case multiple folks are in a distribution list, but if hubspot can pin point who in a distribution list has opened an email, it would be great.
3) Managing errors while importing contacts has been a challenge. I am yet to figure how it can be done.
4) I have had my fair share of issues with the hubspot plugin in outlook. But i guess thats just me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach to a larger audience / genre or customers / prospecting
Automated Follow ups is an amazing feature (wish there were as many font styles in a template as there are in word or outlook)

What do you like best about the product?
The best part is the Template and Preview section, you can easily get access to these features without clicking or moving to a different page. Everything effortlessly happens on one page. Sending out emails to our customers or even calling them from the HubSpot page makes it easier to maximize output in a short duration.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform is really one of its kind, one of the main features that I am waiting to come in is the integration of chats as automated tickets as and when they come. This would make it super easy for our support teams to reply to queries faster and increase customer happiness.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have organized our customer's data and made it easily available across different departments. We are also able to analyze sales and amount to predict targets for the future. It made it easy for us to quickly check reports without putting in hours of data collection and sorting.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
To maximize the output of your sales team, I would recommend using Hubspot Sales Hub. It helps you to track and make better decisions to sell to the right customers.

What do you like best about the product?
The best feature is the social media marketing tool, allowing our organization to track, monitor and post social media ads on a scheduler.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no down sides, but I do wish the training content would be more detailed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing client contacts, notes and tagging on accounts.

One of the best CRM around, the support is incredible, it has a extremely easy interface.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is user-friendly and easy to use. Being another (competitor) CRM user for 4 years in a row, I thought I would find it hard to get adapted to HubSpot as I was completely new to it. It only took me a few days to get into the layout and tools of it and now I feel like I've used HubSpot for years (even though it's only been 5 months).
What do you dislike about the product?
The different windows for company, contact, deal, and other sections in each record. If all tabs could be put together in the same window for each lead record I would find it easier to navigate on to each lead.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales pipeline is much clearly and easier to manage on a daily basis. The way the tasks work help a lot (the tick box to indicate completion of the task is particularly useful).
The views are also very useful and very similar to other CRM systems, so I like it as it is.
