The simplicity of an “off the shelf product” makes life easier for the sales team
What do you like best about the product?
I like how there are three simple distinct objects . Deals , Quotes and Invoices. This keeps the sales flow simple and clear
What do you dislike about the product?
That invoice status does not change when payment status changes. For example when payment goes to refunded

Simplifying our sales process we are moving over from SFDC and this has helped a ton

We recently launched sales hub as our CRM and are excited that our marketing now flows in sync to our sales side.

We are having issues with duplications and various ways contacts and companies are being made

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Sales Hub has been a total game-changer! It’s super easy to use, keeps everything organized in one place, and saves me so much time with automation. I love the clean dashboards and how simple it is to track deals and follow-ups. Everything just flows better, and it makes hitting goals way easier. Highly recommend!

It’s not always self explanatory, but there’s a lot of onboarding and knowledge base to learn.

Tracking deals easy & having everything in one place so I can view everything as well as my team.
