Sales Representative's Best Friend
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot's automation features and ability to tailor it to meet your individual sales needs has been a great list of features to me. It's also quite convenient to have an all-in-one platform with both our marketing and sales hubs in one place. Our whole sales team enjoys being able to trace outbound calls via phones and the HubSpot app.
What do you dislike about the product?
The effective implementation will take some bandwidth, and personnel will need to be trained on how to use it. The HubSpot Academy, on the other hand, has excellent training and has been quite useful in onboarding our employees.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can better track sales performance, where our transactions are with some improvements. I work with some tech-challenged salespeople who are picking up on HubSpot quickly. Also, the customer service is fantastic. I'm always available. Increasing the efficiency of all of our sales procedures, monitoring customer interactions, and offering a decent awareness of where deals are in our sales pipeline for the team.
Makes life easier
What do you like best about the product?
We use Hubspot Sales Hub and have been so pleased with it since switching to it in January 2020. It has seemingly limitless options for customization and allows us to easily communicate with our potential clients, schedule content and ads, and track EVERYTHING.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because Hubspot software is so complex, it takes a LOT of work to set up and to set up in the best way. There are quite a few options of how to set up anything and it can be a challenge to choose the right one. However, the Hubspot support team is great and answers any questions!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot Sales Hub helps us keep everything we need in one place and keeps our team aligned in our goals and our top priorities, as well as how to move forward pursuing those things.
Hubspot is the spot
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about Hubspot are the sequences with the ability to auto send emails and easily generate tasks. The snippets are also helpful, with the ability to cut/copy the most used phrases and answers with the click of a button. This makes it simple and easy to reach to most prospects possible each day.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I dislike is the deal board can be bothersome and if you do not have all the criteria filled out on each individual deal, analytics and reporting become very skewed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest benefit I have realized is that my job seems much easier now after utilizing Hubspot. The little work here and there that can begin to pile up is not even thought about since using this tool.
Solid app for integrations
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot provides easy to use solutions in order to create integrations for your company.
What do you dislike about the product?
The User Interface is pretty basic but it works.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use this app in order to integrate a few of our clients into our platform.
Switching from SalesForce to Hubspot was absolutely the best decision we made
What do you like best about the product?
We love the email tracking with notifications on opens/views and clicks. This gives us the ability to follow-up in real time with more actively engaged leads.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the import/export process to be a bit clunky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to better track sales revenue with the sales funnel and projected close dates more efficiently. This has helped significantly with our forecasting.
So much easier and better to use than the other CRMs out there...
What do you like best about the product?
The UI is intuitive, the tools don't require a lot of setup, and overall, the system seems like it's there to reduce manual data entry and show you data that you didn't even know you had access to. HubSpot CRM is quick to implement and doesn't require a big budget to get started with.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are so many updates, it can be hard to keep up with them. And, like most platforms, some of the most desirable features only exist at the enterprise level.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HS Sales Hub has allowed for sales reps to get their data into a CRM without having to manually enter it. Contacts can be automatically added through an inbox integration. Emails, calls, and meetings are automatically logged through connected calendars/phones/inbox. And, it's really straightforward to see and report on sales activity data and pipeline generation/performance.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
if you're worried about your reps adopting a new CRM, Hubspot is definitely the one to go with. many of the others are clunky and can be hard to find your way around in. if you don't need something overly complicated and would rather have reporting auto-generated than something you have to spend a lot of time developing, Hubspot is probably the solution you should be considering.
HubSpot is how my business stays on track
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot allows me to segment out our database based on where clients are in the process, from prospect to closed client and everything in between. It also allows me to create tasks and such to keep employees on track. As well as monitor progress made with clients by the team.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside is the price point. As a nonprofit our funds are limited and need to be used in the best way possible. The expense of HubSpot is not always justifiable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been able to solve moving clients from prospects to current clients to evangelists seamlessly. Also, the problem on knowing where the prospect came from, what they did on our website, and if they are opening our emails to them is solved by HubSpot's data tracking.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Consider all of your current and future business needs. Hubspot should be able to grow with you.
All important thing in their place
What do you like best about the product?
I love pipelines. Now you can customize the cards by colour. That's cool. I also like so much mail templates and sequences. With templates, you can avoid waste of time doing the same all the time. Sequences are very helpful in prospect management. Not only save you time, but it enables you to deal with prospects better, in time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike is the payments plans. I would like if some things were available in the Sales Starter.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Thanks to HubSpot Sales Hub my company can deal with prospects in a high-performance way. They can spend more time selling. The sales manager also can see easily how is performing his team with the reports.

HubSpot has dynamically changed our sales and marketing workflow
What do you like best about the product?
On the sales activity side, task management increases productivity. With the integration of Marketing Hub, all the tools are interconnected with the contact database.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some setting nuances are annoyances and time wasters. For example, although reminder notifications are off, some tasks are randomly set with notifications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problem solved: integrations of other tools in tech stack, plus far more effective contact management and communication. Considerable benefits in more effectively tracking and recording contact engagements.

Nothing... I love it. I have no issues with this software.

This sales hub helps me capture all my sales information and retain and manage them all in one place.
