What do you like best about the product?
Very user-friendly. Easy to navigate. workflow options are great.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to get up and running with Hubspot. UX is excellent, and I feel I can easily find all I need quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Even though UX is excellent, I feel the UI looks a bit outdated. In any case, this is not a big deal, and I'd continue using Hubspot as it is right now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it to organize our sales funnels, manage contact forms on landing pages, and manage live chat conversations on our website.

HubSpot's support team is great when I need help with a workflow or can't find information I need in their knowledge base.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of their tools aren't very customizable so it can be tricky to find a workaround for some limitations.

It's a great tool to help us manage our contact lists and deal progress.
HubSpot Sales Hub for the productivity of your sales team
What do you like best about the product?
I like HubSpot Sales Hub because it is very practical to use even if a salesperson does not have CRM experience, being very intuitive allows us to take advantage of all the tools we have access to, such as sequences and email templates. With these two tools, the seller can streamline his time and dedicate more to closing deals.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the reports do not offer you the freedom to generate the information in the format you need, or not all the characteristics of the properties are available. For example, for some information you need to use the analytics tool, for other information you use reports or lists. But the ideal is to do everything from one place.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Definitely one of the problems that helps us is to have the unified information in one place, being able to access the data at any time. This has been achieved due to sellers updating their sales activities on HubSpot. The integrations have been very supportive so this doesn't have to be done manually.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
My recommendation is that they give great importance to the sales enablement of your team, that they are accompanied by HubSpot academy and HubSpot experts to take full advantage of the functionalities that it offers us.

Designed by users for users, not designed by software developers for users. Service and support makes it an absolute joy to work with them.

Start by watching all the available videos and taking at a look at Udemy "Hubspot for beginners courses". This will help with understanding the features but also the opportunities
Easy to use and gets the job done
What do you like best about the product?
As a sales person the most important criteria for a CRM is that it's easy to use. HubSpot offers tons of functionality while keeping it straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
Placement of certain sections of the tool is a little odd - getting to my daily tasks could be faster.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our organization uses HubSpot for everything from CRM core functionality, to reporting, marketing efforts, as well as Customer Success & Support. It's taken a bit of time and work but we've reached a place where automation with tasks and handoffs between sales and onboarding has been streamlined using HubSpot, which saves a tremendous amount of time. This also helps the improve the customer experience through the sales process and throughtout their lifetime as a customer.

I like the ease of interface and the time it saves on curating orphan customers.

May be a little expensive from an activity based perspective for some.

It's easy to target customers that just visit your website without having a full time marketing person.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is easy to use and has all of the features any Sales department could ask for. Sales Hub is easy to use and has a lot of useful features even at starter grade. Hubspot works seamlessly, has everything a growing sales team might need and features an intuitive UI. features like logging notes, emails, calls, meetings or tasks helps sales teams stay on top of their clients, provide a 360 view of every interaction with the client and provide a structured workflow. Customising record page layouts or associating new records with a parent record is simple and easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Searching for company records especially can be less than successful. More nuanced search functionality that takes into account the collective terms rather than individual words would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot solved the need for access to information for all users and provides a solid platform for assessing and reporting on business activity.

For a startup or small company, very intuitive and has all features we need.

Data visualizations are a bit lacking / challenging to customize.
