Great CRM and Sales tool
What do you like best about the product?
Sequences, task creation, email templates
What do you dislike about the product?
Only having the ability to use 5 a utomated emails in a sequence

Letting things fall through the cracks

I am new to sales and HubSpot Sales Hub made this easy.

The task feature sometimes cancels eachother out if the companies/contacts have errors in them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Workflow emails are easier in Hubspot.
Leads, leads, leads...
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot's organization is unmatched. I love the customization of the different columns in my contact area, and I love how many fields I am able to input with data. It really helps me to keep track of dozens of leads at one time and make sure that every deal I am working on is kept fresh and attended to in a timely manner. I would've let many deals slip away for it had not been for HubSpot.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the integration with some of my other apps was a bit more seamless. Sometimes the data I have in a lead email is all filled out in the email, yet it doesn't translate to HubSpot. Also, I'd love to see the ability to auto-assign a contact owner.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving the clutter of trying to remember all of my individual leads and then inevitably forgetting them. HubSpot keeps track of everything for me, so I don't have to worry about remember what we spoke about on that phone call last week because it's right there in the call log.

Use it. It's going to change your life.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the reporting in HubSpot, its easy to use and see. The chat feature is new to our org but has proven to be easy to use and very helpful

The loading time can take a while for heavy use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Contact data, the integrations are very helpful, especially LinkdIn and Seamless.
A CRM Solution for today and tomorrow
What do you like best about the product?
The user interface is modern, clean, and uncluttered. It is extremely easy to track calls, emails, notes and update data with just a few clicks.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is difficult to track when a point of contact has left the company they are tied to - or need a flag to no longer attempt to contact. It would be nice if this were directly under the contact's title.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to stay on top of my day-to-day and where each contact, company, a deal is within the pipeline.

What do you like best about the product?
Sequence ability, Tasks workflow, Activity Tracker - very useful! , snippets to save time.
What do you dislike about the product?
A little bit clunky in places and not quite as refined for selling as platforms like Outreach but offers a better all-in-one experience

We create more demand for our product using HubSpot Sales Hub
Been in sales my whole career. HubSpot has been the most intuiative and effective!
What do you like best about the product?
The activity center and notifications keep me going with warm prospects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Suppressed contacts. Some of our marketing doesn't go out to all contacts due to low engagement level. I also think not all emails are tracked perfectly depending on email client used by the prospect. I will see a propect has clicked on a marketing piece but does not show an open. So some of the "suppressed" contacts maybe engaging we are just misidentifying them as not clicking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The activity tracking has been a game changer. Combine that with sequences and a strong HubSpot administrator (we have a good one at our company) its been an invaluable tool. I have called on brokers for years and never been able to get this much engagement from an inside sales role. It has changed me from a blind squirrel to a squirrel with lasik.

What do you like best about the product?
Many options to get sales in without only dialing. The sales process is always continuing because there are tools like scheduling templates that make connecting with your clients easier. Sales dashboard is broad and alot of extra details can be added and changes can be made to the requirment of the team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Too many Changes and dialing international gives issues. It is offline way too often. However, they do correct it as soon as possible and downtime is only minutes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
More accurate lead overview. Better management of leads. We can capitalise on all marketing avenues by cold calling, outbound calling, and email marketing. Templates make for better sending of emails. So users are not required to retype new emails and they can keep to a company standard.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Its a great system and it will allow you to receive the full sales value for your business.

What do you like best about the product?
I find the reporting/dashboard features are very user-friendly. It's easy to create new reports, and the feature seems to be constantly improving. I also like that you can add contacts into a sequence directly from Hubspot. That makes it very easy to manage and track all of your activity.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of any specific dislikes at this time.

We can manage and track all activity and monitor deal progression very easily through Hubspot.

How if you change something in a sequence it doesn't update the rest of the messaging in the sequence
